The staff was amazing and easy to get in and out. No long wait either. Lobby and rooms are very clean.

Doesn't matter if you schedule a appt me their not efficient you'll be here atleast 30 mins past your scheduled appt

I am giving a five star review because of Yolanda, although I've had other good blood draws here before too. Yolanda is so great! I have to get my blood drawn several times per year and I've never enjoyed it because my veins sometimes roll, that is until I met Yolanda. Not only is she a skilled employee who makes one of my most dreaded tasks as painless as possible, she is also a ray of sunshine! Truly. She is such a beautiful soul. She is always smiling, kind, and double checks everything with me prior to and after the blood draw, which is great because I've had draws before where something was missed. She should be promoted and given a raise immediately! Seriously, I always come back here so even if she doesn't do my blood draw, I can still often say hello to her. I wish I knew her secret to positivity and kindness that she absolutely exudes! I also usually never wait too long at this location, which is great as well. read more

This location is always clean and fast. Bathrooms are very clean. I just had my blood drawn by Yolanda. She is quick and efficient. I didn't feel a thing. Very friendly, kind, and informative. She had a mask on, but you could see her smile through her eyes. They take walk ins. Don't forget to bring your ID and insurance card if you have one. The kiosk scans everything for you. Very fast. They do take payments or can place a credit card on file if need be. No cash. read more

I went to Quest Diagnostics to have blood drawn for my primary doctor.. I don't like needles and my veins tend to run. But I want to tell people that my tech Yolanda was wonderful. I went to this lab and confirmed in detail what tests were to be run with the person reading order on the computer and also drawing my blood. The results are back and only some of the tests have been completed. I am now going to another lab to get the Dr ordered tests performed. I just fired Quest Diagnostics. My Doctors nurse called Quest Diagnostics and was told it could have been fixed if they had been called earlier. The nurse responded with how could I have done that before I received the incomplete results. Quest Diagnostics comes off aloof and crass. read more

Nothing still hasn't been fixed with my issue ! This is so unfair and illegal !!! Please watch out for nurse clarissa frerich you might end up with the same problem as me ! This place has ruin my life ! THANK YOU !!! Never again coming to this place ! They don't report the correct information about drug test !! Literally has messed up a lot in my life !! So unfair ! Been waiting over a hour, I didn't make an appointment. Staff is not friendly more like pissy. They don't even deserve a star.

Treated me like crap one time! And lost and important sample the second time. Also they had a fire code violation!!!

This place was packed, and not because they were busy, but because their waiting room is small, and their staff is slow. On top of slow, only one staff member was even near polite. Luckily it was the polite guy who drew my daughter's blood. I couldn't understand his name, otherwise, I would write the company and let them know he is the only reason they even get 2 stars. The waiting room was not clean, but it wasn't outright filthy, either. It felt dirty. That could be because we were packed in like sardines. If there is another place you could go for labs, I would suggest you do it. read more

I get labs monthly at this location and Ms Ylunda and Ms Dominique are the best. They greet you with a smile, are very professional and friendly. They know me by name and know that I'm a hard stick but Ms Ylunda gets me right every time. Never a long wait whether I have an appointment or not. read more

I just can't believe all of the running around Quest has had me do this past week. Even after speaking with each other, they just cannot get their stuff together. Terrible. The employees are rude. I was there pregnant having testing done for several hours. I pulled a chair over to prop my feet up bc they where starting to swell and hurt. One of the women came out, told me that she needed the chair (which she didn't!) and took it. I have never encountered anything like that in my life! So insensitive! read more

Made an appointment online for 10:15, arved at 10:15, one minute later was called in for 6 vials of blood to be drawn. I think the technician is named Yvon or Yolanda. She was wonderful. Didn't feel a thing. Just make sure you make an appointment to save waiting in line. read more

nothing but good things to say. came in on a Saturday at 8:30, had no appointment made. found out they actually open doors at 8 on Saturdays, online says 8:30. waited a few minutes in line to sign in, very simple sign in on i-pad. not even 5 minutes later I was taken back, I asked if my friend could come back with me because I was nervous lol, she had no problem with it. I expressed that I was very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable before she even began. I don't know the lady's name who did my blood draw but she was in room 4 I believe, but everyone that worked there was nothing but nice. she took my information and my payment, and had a conversation with me and that helped ease my mind. she made sure I was ready before rushing and doing it, she even maintained a conversation with me during the blood draw. If I ever need to get my blood work done again, I know where I am going. read more

Do not take your children here! Edith at the front desk refused to change the tv channel in the waiting room. The topics of discussion for the talk show that day were "safe words" for rough sex play and how a massage oil can also be used as a sexual lubricant. Not exactly appropriate. The nurses are very rude and unpleasant. They didn't discuss anything on what they're doing. Very rough and aggressive during the whole process. Whoever is in charge of this branch needs to make changes. read more
