Even the ones that said they were open on Saturday's actually weren't even open, or I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at the labs! This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. I had a very unpleasant experience getting my blood work done at this LabCorp location. The…read moretechnician told me I wasn't bleeding because I was "dehydrated," which isn't true I had already drank water before arriving. Instead of stopping, she kept pushing the needle deeper, moving it side to side, and pressing hard on my arm to force blood out. I was scared and in pain. She then decided to do another poke on my other arm, pressing very hard again. Now I have a large bruise that keeps getting worse, and the pain hasnt left I cant no longer lift my arm because it hurts This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. Every time I come here, the blood draw hurts and leaves bruises. When I go to other labs, the process is quick, painless, and I don't bruise at all so I know this isn't normal. I would not recommend this location. The technique felt rough and careless, and the experience was uncomfortable and stressful.

I arrived on a Tuesday morning a little after 10am and was out the door by 11:30am. I was a walk in and Kassandra took my info. I had to fill out a quick form and provide my ID and insurance card. About 10 minutes later I was called back to the receptionist desk, received my cards back and given a tablet to sign off on some more things. About 10-15 minutes later I was called back to see a doctor. Once taken back I noticed it was an open clean area with a desk and several patient rooms. The patient room I was taken into was also clean. After my vitals were taken by Haley, I was seen by David (NP). I'm confident in his diagnosis and was prescribed medicine. Haley and David were friendly and asked if I had additional questions after being seen.

They did covid, flu and strep test. Got result and called in my meds. I was back in bed in less than 3 hours. The staff and service was knowledgeable and magnificent.
