I came across Best Deal Auto Glass. Keith answered my call (10/17/22) and squeezed me in for next day service (10/18/22). I arrived at 10:10am and Keith got right to work. I was out by 10:50am. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop. Service was done in a body shop out of his Work Van. However, he did good work in my opinion. I'd highly recommend if you want to save some money and want work done quickly. Check out pics! This is why I decided to go with him. I was promised a working part and when it was installed, it wasn't what was promised. My first mistake was I was too nice and just paid for the incorrect part, but after realizing this isn't what was promised and quoted, I decided to let him know this wasn't right. I proceeded to have to find and purchase the new correct part on my own, pay for this new part (after paying for the first one) and Tony would install it and get a refund on the first part back to me. Still being easy going and just wanting my mirror fixed, I did it. Now, this is where the shit hit the fan and Tony became the shady business owner. It has been over 2 months and he has yet to refund me for the original part I paid for. I've reached out to him numerous times and that fast and quick customer service is GONE. I've gotten $200 here and $200 there and I am still due $239!!! I'm very patient and kind but this MF'er has pushed me to the limits. It's been over 2 months and I'm still not made whole. Most of which does not need to happen depending on the nature of your windshields damage.
