Took my company's 05 chevy 2500 Express van because it needed a rear driver side windshield replaced. I think Jorge or Sergio over the phone quoted me $120 for everything (labor, windshield, tax, etc.) He told me stop by Mon-Fri between 900am-500pm and it'll take an hour or two to finish. Did just that and got my van back with my brand "new" replacement windshield intact. Seem to be family owned small biz so even better. Next time I smash my own windshield due my carelessness, I'll visit them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you have any auto glass issues including: windows off the track, window regulators, motors, cables, etc. these guys, can fix it! They also have a mobile service to replace windshields. Very reasonable parts & labor! Sergio hooked me up, for sure! Parts warranties vary. Labor guaranteed for life! About the only glass they wont deal with, is sun/moon roofs. My rear-driver's side window shattered after something flew at me on the freeway and I was referred to come to Jal-Sin Auto Glass by my tire guy. I'm so happy I did! They were so friendly and gave excellent customer service even after I messed up when I told him the incorrect model. He didn't make me feel bad when he should have given me the stink eye when he had to leave to go trade the glass in for the right one. After they started working, it was maybe a 30 minute process. Worst experience with them even after giving them 7 car jobs from my reference. It means they are not customer friendly nor do they believe in maintaining customer relationship. They are all about money. I gave them a caall today Aug 31'2015 to fix my car glass and their boss said he will send someone in a hour. After 4hours i called them again and their employee answered saying the boss is not here and he will make him call me. I waited another 2hours and called back and now they stop answering my calls. I would suggest everyone dont do business with mean and liars. They wasted whole day and now i am stucked with broken glass and will have difficulty driving at night. This is my very first YELP review...not much entices me to write about local businesses but I was SO HAPPY with the service here I felt the need to share my experience. To summarize, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I had the unfortunate experience of waking up and finding that one of my windows had been smashed into pieces after someone had broken into my car. I ended up calling several places on yelp with 4-5 star ratings to get quotes to fix it. I called 2 other places who gave me WAY higher prices before calling Jal Sin Auto Glass and was able to negotiate with Sergio since I ended up replacing BOTH my rear window and the windshield (which had a crack that had grown beyond repair). Sergio was very professional and took his time to find the me right part (even after I mistakenly told him my car was a 2000 model when it was a different year...yeah I know I felt bad about that). Despite my mistake leading him to order and have the wrong windshield brought in (before getting the right one), he was still VERY GRACIOUS about it. He also ended up spending more time on the repair since my windshield replacement wasn't in stock at nearby warehouses (so he had to go to a further warehouse for it), but was still VERY KIND and thanked me for my business and honored our negotiated price over the phone. He even threw in a pen as a parting gift. He really came across as a honest and genuine person. I promised I would come back to him for any future glass repairs...he is hands down the nicest mechanic/repair person I've run into. On top of it, his prices are really reasonable. When I told my dad the quote Sergio gave me for getting the windshield and window repaired, and he said I got it for a STEAL. Overall, I can't recommend Sergio enough. His shop is very small & modest and he's nice enough to let customers sit in his office (with the shop cat!) if you have to wait a while. He even comes to your home for repairs if you request that service. If you have any windshield or window glass repairs needs, Sergio is your man- best prices in the area and AMAZING quality service. read more
