Came here to get a windshield chip repaired and was really impressed. They filled it with resin and did a great job. Their pricing is very competitive -- about half the cost compared to my area. I also noticed they do tinting, and their prices for that are great too. The shop used to be a dental office but has been nicely converted. The front desk mentioned they've been in business for over 30 years, with the last 10 at this location after moving from down the street. The team was very professional and thorough in explaining the process. Highly recommend!

I called in before hand because he does get a lot of walk ins and can get a little busy . His work is great , no bubbles , and great warranty! He left my Bmw looking amazing, I highly recommend and his pricing is very affordable!

Cracked glass after 3 months they said it was from the wiper blade and did not to warranty their work.

They refused to replace it and claimed the windshield wiper had cracked the glass. So if you want to pay for cheap glass that can be broken by just your windshield wipers this is the place i would recommend. I wanted to get my grandparents car ceramic tinted here as well but after this experience I would rather find another place that doesnt do cheap work with no guarantee

My family has been customers of Alex's for many years. Every one of our vehicles over the years has been serviced by them. They always stand by the work with a written warranty but the work is done so very well that we have never needed to use it. The price is what I consider to be more than fair and whenever they quote you a time for when the job will be completed they have always finished within that timeframe or sooner. I've been coming to this location for each of my vehicles for years now and it's never failed me. They have warranty on their tint and they do such a great job the first time around I haven't had to get a replacement or anything fixed ever. My car had tint for 3 years and not even a small scratch mark has appeared. The gentleman are very knowledgeable and they make sure to ask questions so they can right fit you. Every time I come here they go all out to be helpful and are very knowledgeable, and professional. I had a issue with my sunroof leaking, I thought it was gonna cost me a few hundred to fix- that's what the dealer said, but at Alex auto glass I was so happy to know that the drains were plugged with debris and paid a fraction of what the dealer was charging! read more

I would always drive past Alex's all the time while living in the SGV. Finally took my car there and I was glad I did. They took care of business quick and was friendly and informative. If your looking for a windshield replacement or tint, Alex's is by far the best around. However that's just my opinion. Again. Alex and his crew do great work and are all very courteous, efficient, and professional. I have brought my vehicles to Alex for many years now and all of the window repairs and tints have been clean with no issues. I called Alex this past Monday for a windshield repair. The same day, Alex promptly and professionally removed and replaced the windshield. Alex placed a nice clean tint on the upper part of the windshield to avoid the direct sunlight while driving. I've had this car for less than 24 hours. Brand new sitting in the garage. The only place this car has been driven is from the dealer to my garage from my garage to this establishment. When I came to pick up my new car it looked great! Just to find out that they've damaged the car! And don't want to take ownership for it. They tried referencing the cameras but of course they were unable to show any actual footage. I've been coming here and sending family and friends here for a while now. This is very disappointing, but the guy in the front has offered to have the security camera people who installed their cameras recently come and get the footage. I will update my review once this is resolved. Update: The person I worked with when I dropped off the car has been in contact with me to assure me that they're going to resolve this for me. the owner actually called and apologized for any issues we might of had and has offered to cover the cost of the body shop that helped me get this scratch off the car. the only reason why this is not updated to a 4 star is because there is light bubbles on the tint which I was told it would go away in 4-5 days. once that is fixed I will give this a 4 star rating read more

Came here 3 years ago to tint my 2018 Lexus IS300. No bubbles, no problem, and cheap price. Came back recently to tint my sisters Honda Civic because she hated how clear her windows were. Dropped my car off at 2PM and picked it up at 630PM. Tint looks great and they did a great job on making sure it's clean cut. $170 dollars later for 20/35 dual tone tint on a 4 door Honda Civic. Came in here because they were recommended by people I know in the mechanic space. Told them what I wanted and front desk worker gave me a price regarding window tinting. We made an appointment to have the work done and dropped off vehicle in the morning. Picked it up around closing time. Couple weeks went by and notice they had made a mistake on the sunroof. It wasn't sticking right or dirt had gotten under it somehow. Showed up to let the boss man know. He looked at it and without hesitation asked me when I can bring it in so it can get redone at no charge. It was a bit of an inconvenience to bring it back in but liked the way he handled business. Great customer service and professionalism. Good thing it was only the sunroof so it didn't take long. IN, AND, OUT. Definitely recommend this place for any of their surfaces. Within the past two months, we have used Alex's Auto Glass for a few things. My husband's truck and my daughter's car had cracks on the front windshield. They were quickly replaced by Alex's staff. Very prompt, affordable, and professionally courteous. On my last visit, I saw that they also do window tinting. I called on a Friday, Alex told me to bring in my car. They were able to complete the job pretty quickly. I checked on yelp for a few places to do the tinting. I was quoted some unreasonable prices. Alex gave me a great quote and I have been very satisfied with his work. It's also worth mentioning that I was given a lifetime guarantee. So I'm pretty happy with Alex's Auto Glass. Excellent shop! Alex and his team are professional and quick. Needed my front 2 and windshield tinted. Walked in on a weekday when they were opening up, didn't have an appointment. Took me right in no issues, explained everything. Told me about an hour but were even quicker than that. lifetime warranty is nice peace of mind as well. Where do I start well I brought two of my cars here to get full tint first car I brought a year ago they did a bad job with the tint in the front window brought it back they made it right replaced it with new film fast forward to a year later diff car same issue front window had dirt between film and window brought it back 3 times for the same issue on the third time they refused to fix it said my front windshield was dirty that it had permanently grime on it which was not true prior to tint the glass was perfectly fine no dirt specs I came here cause this is the city I grew up in wanted to support small business but this was beyond horrible service will not ever bring another vehicle here nor will I ever recommend this shop to friends which I would always do for tint very disappointing read more

Alex the owner is always nice and professional! Had to go back to fix a tint with warranty from his ship and I never got any hassle. He just wanted to get fox the issue. I also had my windshield replaced here about 8 years ago and the rubber trim separated on the top and started making noise on the freeway. I went back and to get it fix expecting I would have to pay for it since it's been years ago that they installed it. Being a nice and honest guy! He replaced the whole rubber seal and he said he always stand by his work so no charge!!! This place is awesome! Would definitely recommend for any auto glass or tint job! read more

Honestly he did a perfect job on the car, I was a bit worried because I never had any of my cars tinted before but when he quoted me my price, it was the lowest out of the 6 different places I went to. He told me that the little wrinkles on the windshield will disappear in a couple days and I was skeptical. But like he said they disappeared and no air bubbles that I can see. I came across Best Deal Auto Glass. Keith answered my call (10/17/22) and squeezed me in for next day service (10/18/22). I arrived at 10:10am and Keith got right to work. I was out by 10:50am. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop. Service was done in a body shop out of his Work Van. However, he did good work in my opinion. I'd highly recommend if you want to save some money and want work done quickly. Check out pics! I waited four hours to have my windshield repaired at Safelite. After paying for the service and…read morereceiving my keys from the manager, I drove down the street and immediately noticed that my rearview mirror had been damaged. It was cracked at the top and covered in scratches. I pulled over to inspect the work further and noticed a large gap between the windshield and the plastic trim. The windshield had not been properly sealed or glued into place. I immediately returned to the store and showed the manager the issues. He seemed surprised, which was concerning. I don't understand how a manager would allow a vehicle to leave the premises without inspecting the completed work. More importantly, if there had been a problem during the repair, it should have been disclosed to me before I paid for a job that was clearly not completed correctly. This experience feels dishonest and has left me wondering if there may be additional damage to my vehicle that I have not yet discovered. The manager said he would order a replacement rearview mirror and correct the installation issues, but now I'm left waiting even longer to have my car properly repaired. After spending four hours there and leaving with more damage than when I arrived, I cannot recommend Safelite based on my experience. To make matters worse, I had to call customer service myself to find out that they cannot locate replacement parts for the damage they caused. The manager never contacted me to provide an update or explain the situation. In addition to damaging my rearview mirror, the technicians did not put the wiring back the way it was originally installed and left wires hanging out. They also left a large gap between the windshield and the exterior plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield. This gap can collect debris and water and raises concerns about the quality and safety of the installation. My Audi TT is a well-maintained, garage-kept vehicle that is only driven occasionally and has been carefully cared for. I trusted Safelite with my car and paid for a professional repair. Instead, I left with a damaged vehicle, an improperly installed windshield, and no clear resolution. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I paid for a service that left my car in worse condition than when I brought it in.

Apparently I'm not the only person who got ripped off by this guy. All these reviews praising this place I didn't hesitate to take my car to them. Everything looked fine for the first week then the tint started falling off one small window on my car. Within a month, every window had bubbles in it or was falling off, or both. To be honest I didn't even care, the tint was so cheap it was hard to see through. I would have gladly paid more for quality tint, but this was the best they had. In the end I'm happy just to get this horrible tint off of my new car and take it somewhere they know what they're doing. One thing I know for sure - all the five star reviews for this place are fake. One thing I'm pretty sure of - the guys working here were just picked up from Home Depot for the day. If you want quality product with great customer service then Alex is the man to see. We have brought all of our cars here to have the tint done and we have never been disappointed. He is a very honest man who will not try to upsell you just to make a extra buck. When I bought my Honda the dealer had someone come in and put tint on the back windows and let's just say I was less than impressed. We took it to Alex and he removed the old tint and redid all the windows. Look no further because Alex's tint shop is the best place for your tinting needs. read more

I use to recommend this place to everyone that would ask, my truck group use to use them as well. Super disappointed to say I will never use them again after my last experience, when they didn't follow my instructions on how to do the tint I asked them if they could fix it and they simply told me "no" and to go even further they cracked my windshield and won't take any responsibility for it. Not as thorough and good as they use to be is all I can really say. read more
