It took him about two weeks to patch up the wall due to a lack of manpower, and he didn't do a very good job. We now have to hire someone to come and correct it. The downside is that since he didn't cover anything, he scratched my stove. I informed him via text, but he didn't reply. That was very disappointing on that front. Now I have to buy a top for my stove. However, besides everything else, Trevor did a good job in certain things. But he lacked in others.

I reached out once again via email and she didn't respond to that email either. Perhaps the job wasn't worth their time, perhaps they weren't going to make enough money off of it, but there is such a thing as common courtesy. A simple response to my email saying they can't help me would have taken seconds and would not have left me with a bad impression of this company.

From CJ helping me navigate the horrible and confusing world of my insurance company, to Rob PM'ing the job beyond every expectation, to the team going above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced before, Nurzia was there and they were on top of it. The only thing worse than renovating is repairing/restoration, and if I ever (hopefully not) have to do one of them again, I would be thrilled to have Nurzia take the helm. I really can't say enough good things about them. They were recommended to me as one of my insurer's top accredited contractors (a heavy bar to pass in any/all states), and I am so so happy to have worked with them.

He too was knowledgeable, confident and personable. Our third contact was Kevin, a gentleman with a degree in Architect Design, who although we had been given a two hour window, texted early to give an exact time of his arrival. He was on time, knowledgeable, sharp and personable. He had equipment that I didn't know existed and knew how to use it proficiently. Although we've had a delay on our end, they are ready to continue the process and we couldn't be happier.
