My previous photographer cancelled unexpectedly. She works out of her home and has a cute setup. She offers a variety of options for sessions and does outdoor photos as well. Honestly I was just thankful I was able to find someone to do the photos for me, I wasn't expecting to find my new permanent photographer. I was amazed with her work. While doing my son's first session she educated me about newborn photos and we talked about all the different options like props, backdrops, etc. I'm super indecisive so she helped pick out colors and gave me some great ideas for posing him. After I received our unedited pictures to pick out favorites for completion I decided to book all the milestone pictures with her. For each session I picked out a theme and if she didn't have the backdrop or the props she went out and bought them. She worked hard to make the pictures perfect for us. So I…read morecontacted my cousin in Japan ( on my fathers side of the family) and asked if they had any photos of my father as a child. My father is "Kibei" meaning born in USA , then at a young age returning to Japan to be raised. A few months had passed since my conversation with my cousin. I received an package from Japan containing photo copies of my father as a child, and original studio photo's of my father in school uniform. The pictures were taken in 1931 and we're fading fast from being so old. I was quite hesitant in trying to have these pictures restored mainly because of the high cost of restoring photo's. But I knew that if I don't restore them now, they would be gone forever! My decision in picking the right photo studio to do the job was ( the business had to be local and have great reviews on "Yelp". My wife and I had no idea as to the cost of restoring old photos so we brought them in for an estimate. There are times when everyone is on assignments and the business in closed. Fortunately the sign read open as we drove by! (Yah !) Roger was quite helpful in explaining the pricing process and proceeded to scan the photo's. In this way he can see the extent of the damage and determine the price. Even though the pictures were faded, the damage was minimal. Roger restore the photos on the spot. "Great" ! And the price was far less than I expected. Thanks to Roger I have restored photos of my father that will last a lifetime and generations to come ! Thanks for reading!

I brought my puppy here for socialization class and came back for their membership training…read moreclasses. Cassi and Lindsay have been great trainers and I have noticed a difference in our dogs. They use positive reinforcement for their training method. Midtown Mutts also offers dog walking, 1:1 sessions and pet sitting. My neighbor uses them for pet sitting and she loves them. You pay based on how many visits and the length of time you want them to stay. They take pictures everyday they visit to show you how your pet was that day. Pros: they have a membership and you can choose 1 or 5 classes a month. These classes don't roll over if you don't use them - I made the mistake of thinking they do. They have a calendar where it lists the classes, time and topic. The calendar is a bit clunky and confusing so it takes a bit to figure out how to navigate. If they don't have too many people sign up and you need help in a certain area, they accommodate your request. They have answered my numerous questions and been very patient. I can say my puppy REALLY enjoyed class because he was showered with treats also as a lab, he never turns food down! Cons: if there is a large class and the gym in the same business structure is busy, parking can be a bit hard to find.
