All of the men were very professional, courteous , and knowledgeable . A part of the flooring installation included a 4-in baseboard around the entire area . This was a white baseboard that I was told I would need to paint which was fine , however one of the areas was under my oak kitchen cabinets . They brought to my attention that the white was not going to look very professional and offered to find a substitute in the oak Field that would match better. They found the perfect one and installed it wherever there were wood cabinets. They were very conscientious about keeping my house picked up during the construction . David was great to work with - he gives it to you straight, gave a very competitive price. There was no pressure to work with him, but he always answered every question before we committed, and continued to communicate regularly throughout the project. He gave an estimated time frame and they beat it by a couple days. They were very accommodating on start date when we asked to move it up, and were happy to work with our schedule when other parts of the house weren't ready for them. Some contractors come one day and dont come back for a couple days - they showed up every day they said they would be here. The crew, Peter and Miguel, worked well together and so they were able to move through the project quickly. The finished product looks great thanks to their attention to detail. Another thing, we were living there during the flooring and they were very understanding and happy to work with us on minimizing the disruption to our home. They had so many excuses why they can't come out to our house to fix the issues. After, "fixing" it, it was done half-assed and it was not done right. Now, we are in May 2023, Nick and Anthony never returned any of our phone calls and ghosted us. We have to hire someone to fix the problem and we have to take them to small claims court.
