Contacted Sam and gave us a quote which was much higher than our last guy but again it's been a while and cost have gone up. He came over a few days later to inspect, and then scheduled the service a few days after that. Had about 750 square feet of travertine and tile cleaned. He and his guy Sal spent almost all day working. The travertine came out amazing and the dining room time needed grout color seal and looks brand new. Their pricing was right in the middle: not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. I was able to book them a week out, which gave me time to move the kids' toys and relocate the coffee table, etc. They gave me a time window between 9am and 11am, but they arrived right at 9am (two gentlemen). I didn't have time to vacuum under /in-between the cushions, so I was super embarrassed at all the crumbs in there. No problem! They handled that and steamed the couch. They also surprised us by cleaning our rug that the couch sits on because, quote, "it just completed the look." Man I wish I had before/after pictures of the rug because it looks brand new!
