Jeff and Tammy are both so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and it shows. Jeff took the time to explain what sets them apart and the process of dry cleaning, which I appreciated. Sure enough, after researching other companies, I found that he was absolutely right: everyone else uses a steaming method. My partner and I asked for carpet cleaning as well as kitchen tile cleaning, and we were absolutely floored (pun intended) with the results. We have four dogs.. all of whom have had several accidents in the house. The carpet looked amazing and the tile looked cleaner than it had been, probably even before we bought the house. The grout was a COMPLETELY different color... I was stunned with their pricing as well. I was fully prepared to pay a pretty penny, but instead found them to be very affordable. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

I was told 8am arrival, got a confirmation text at 9:30pm the night before. When I called to let them know that someone has not arrived yet and it was already 830am, I was told there was confusion, then 1 person shows up. I have a large home, at least 2 are needed. I, then get told, the other will arrive at 10 "we stagger them" yah, right They don't show up till 11:45, then a third person arrived after 2pm. None spoke English, which is fine but they need to be able to at least communicate with me in basic things. I couldn't even tell her specifics without Google Translate. I was already frustrated with the whole situation. The ladies did their thing but it definitely was not worth the $420 price tag. I'm still picking things off the floor, there was a dirt mark left on my brand new painted walls and just saw a scratch and my brand new painted floor boards. Then I was asked for payment and the lady stood on top of me till it was made. Definitely would recommend them to get things more organized and would not hire again unfortunately. UPDATE - the house is large if you don't think 2,200 sq ft is large, then I'm not sure what you would considered a large home. I also said once as you claim I repeat. I have 5 bedrooms., 3 full bathrooms. I didn't realize I had to request English speaking, shouldn't you ask if that's something I need? Your cleaners were late and your stagger excuse I believe is the cover that. None of that was explained to me prior to the job. I was only asked to look at things at the end when they had already cleaned up their items, the floor is something I'm still picking things up from. He provided an estimate within two days of me reaching out and us discussing the problem and his recommended solution. I had to buy the materials for the job (tile, grout and trim) but that was fine with me as it was stated up front. I was able to double check the exact materials with him. We weren't able to have Garik and his team come until 2 months later (due to our own reasons) but he and his team showed up on time and ready to go. Because our backsplash has a herringbone pattern, they had to cut a lot of the tile pieces to properly fit the space (poor guy came in and out so many times I lost count). The end result though is a BEAUTIFUL cohesive backsplash. We love it. We also had a separate shower tile grout crack that I wanted Garik to look at when he was here. He explained the reasoning for the crack and provided a couple of solutions. We decided to move forward with one of them (for an additional pre-approved amount) and he drove all the way to Home Depot to buy the materials and fix the crack. I recently moved into a cute condo where the previous owners had a dog. It smelled like a wet dog and I wanted my carpets shampooed thoroughly. I was referred to Howard-- owner of Blessed To Clean-- by a friend. Howard is a kind, professional gentleman. Not only is he efficient and his work thorough, Howard is also a patient and understanding Professional. I had hired a cleaning crew to come clean my condo at a set time to be followed by a carpet cleaning appointment with Howard. Due to a lack of communication from the seller's realtor, I was not apprised of the tenants' request for extra time to move out. (They were supposed to leave on a Friday. I scheduled cleaning for Saturday). I had to scramble to get on the phone to postpone cleaning services. Howard was compassionate and understanding. He was quick to reschedule cleaning services for a later date. He even assisted me in locating another cleaning crew. As a teacher as Saugus High and moving during Finals Week just before the Holidays, you can imagine how grateful and appreciative I am for the compassionate, professional and kind person I found in Howard. He genuinely cares about the community he serves. I have never met the gentleman in person. My parents had the pleasure of meeting him and are now looking to have their own carpets cleaned by Howard in the Spring. My parents saw what a great guy he is and what an amazing job he did. These guys are doing a great job at cleaning my carpet. I was referred to them from a friend. I noticed they have some of the newest equipment to get the job done and they get the job done VERY swiftly. Originally I went to rent a machine that ended up not working out. Don't waste your time and money on that. It may be cheaper but it definitely did not get the job done. I returned the machine and called "Blessed to clean". They arrive promptly. Jeff and Tammy are both so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and it shows. Jeff took the time to explain what sets them apart and the process of dry cleaning, which I appreciated. Sure enough, after researching other companies, I found that he was absolutely right: everyone else uses a steaming method. My partner and I asked for carpet cleaning as well as kitchen tile cleaning, and we were absolutely floored (pun intended) with the results. We have four dogs.. all of whom have had several accidents in the house. The carpet looked amazing and the tile looked cleaner than it had been, probably even before we bought the house. The grout was a COMPLETELY different color... I was stunned with their pricing as well. I was fully prepared to pay a pretty penny, but instead found them to be very affordable. Absolutely worth every penny and we will absolutely be using them in the future! Of course I forgot to take photos of the carpet, but I have some of the kitchen tile while being cleaned and after. We coordinated a date via yelp and Garth was very responsive. When that date came, Garth brought a full team with him to handle the multiple items. They worked for over 4 hrs in my space and put in work! The noticeable spots I tried previously to get out caused no stress for their machines and they paid close detail to my sectional and chairs who took on most of our daily usage. There was a communication breakdown regarding the area rug when Garth cleaned it accidentally but he was a good business man and did not charge me for that mistake. I mention this because it speaks to the quality of his work and commitment to customer service. Some would have bullied me into paying for something I didnt request. But not Garth!
