I've used this company now twice. The first time, everything immaculate. And probably because I physically was there to ensure so but to be honest I didn't have to hound dog the team. Pricing was decent and they did their thing in and out. This second time around, I had my 18 year old home. We had to get scheduling right, think the scheduled time was for noon. They ended up coming later but it was fine because it was still within a time frame I was ok with. Not gonna lie, the quote was expensive. I asked for 1 flat oriental style rug , 3 fluffy rugs and 1- small bedroom to be cleaned. The rugs all 8x10s but they sit underneath furniture (and I wasn't moving anything especially my King bed. Way too heavy). So my request was to ensure the visible areas on all of them was done. The bedroom is the only bedroom in the house with carpet, it's a kids room. So you can imagine the carpet needs help more than anywhere. And it was cleaned by them their last visit nicely. But when I got home this time.. the carpet in the room was crunchy. And stains that could come up still existed. Stain in reachable area (not under furniture). All my rugs are new, so they couldn't have been horrible. The bedroom is what really needed the work and for $275.. Wasn't pumped I still need to get cleaner and manually scrub up crust on the carpet. The gentleman who communicates with you (Howard) probably the owner, he's so doggon nice though. But I think me not being there to babysit gave leeway to some slacking off because I'd have not let them leave without seeing the stain. (On the positive Howard's so kind, they left and he allowed me to Zelle him. Opposed to them sitting in the house hounding my son for money). Had its ups and downs but kindness for me is a huge deal. Being a business owner is hard and especially when you have folks who work for you. I feel Howard wouldn't go for half "ahhhsssing" he's so thorough when you speak with him. Wish he'd follow up with a survey so he'd know how things went/looked before the reviews hit Yelp. But my experience is neutral : for the pricing being a bit high and the inconsistent service (missing the mark this time when cleaning the room carpet) . read more
