This is my third season taking my boat here, and Dave has always treated me so well. I've always felt their pricing was very reasonable, and they've always done their best to get my boat done as quickly as possible. This year, I called on July 1 and asked if we could go ahead and get the boat spring ready (later than I'd like, but we considered selling it so we had held off on un-winterizing). I let them know that I understood it may not be ready by July 4 as this is probably a busy time for them. Dave told me to drop it off and they would have it done by end of day tomorrow so we could take it out this weekend! I did have one major mechanical issue in 2025 that needed repaired, and they were very straightforward about what the issue was and what risks were involved with not repairing it; however, they did not pressure me to repair it and ultimately left it up to me, which I really appreciated. I also appreciate that when I am unavailable, Dave has always reached out to me via text, which is much easier for me to communicate promptly during work hours via text. Communication has always been prompt, and after the major repair, they actually brought the boat and met me at Morse to test the boat and make sure it ran fine. All around good, honest people and they have done great work for us.
