Promises were completely broken with a total lack of integrity. I needed to call, text and email several times to get a response. I still have an open item that will now probably not get resolved as a result of this review, but don't care anymore. The purchase of my first boat was supposed to be a great experience but was actually very frustrating and painful. Save yourself the pain and spend $1,000 more with another dealer.

But I still wanted to get the original one repaired. Took it to Indy Prop Shop and Scott Clayton, the owner said he could fix it and went to see if he had the part. Yes, he did and he fixed it while I waited. $10.00. If you have a damaged prop, don't do anything until you check with Scott!

The second time it was out of my skill set and he had to do some repair. I told him I had a trip planned and needed it ASAP. Earl said he had a gently used part at the shop he could use or he could order me a new one. I told him I was fine with the used one. Earl did the work and didn't even charge me for the part, just the labor. Just recently I was on Lake Monroe and the alarm was going off on the boat and I couldn't figure out why. After about 30 minutes of trouble shooting and my girlfriend yelling at me, I called Earl and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and tell me how to fix it. From my experience at Quality Craft I'd say the service has been very professional and honest and I will continue to take my boat there for any maintenance.

Im not sure if he even knows which boat is Ours. Will we even get our boat back? Will it be this year or next? Will it even be repaired? They screen your calls so they dont have to deal with their customers. Our boat is probably just rotting on their lot and we feel like theres nothing we can do. I will reach out to the BBB to report and see what other options we have to get this taken care of. Its not hard to just communicate with your customers and if you cant do that, then maybe you should not be in business.

Pretty sad when you've bought more than 15 SXS and ATVs from the same place and they still try to…read morescrew you every chance they get. They installed a light bar on my Ranger Northstar using trailer wire, which caused melting. To their credit, they admitted fault and replaced it. Then the replacement light bar did the exact same thing and started melting again, so I brought it back for service. Their tech Rodney said it was pulling too many amps and was defective and that Polaris would replace it. Then they said Polaris needed an incident report. After dodging 10+ calls and emails, they finally said Polaris wouldn't replace it at all. Then the story changed again, and suddenly I was told I could not pick up my machine unless I either signed a document saying I would never sue them or they removed the light bar. I explicitly told them they were not allowed to remove it. AFTER we arrived at the dealership we witnessed their service department remove it anyway, saying "just cut the wires." They were destroying evidence right in front of us. I had to call the police just to be able to take my own machine home. Even then, the dealer sent me out with cut wiring, missing switches, missing hardware, and no light bar--items that were all on the machine when I dropped it off. They absolutely refused to return the light bar or anything they removed. This is not how you operate a business. Knowing this was going to be a problem, I had police meet me at the dealership before I even went inside, and it turned out to be the right call. Big "Will" physically touched me, pushed into me, rubbed against me, and refused to back away after I told him to. He became increasingly aggressive both physically and verbally. I paid their high $350 alignment fee and brought my SXS home with exposed, uncapped wires running through the roof, missing plugs, a missing switch, and no light bar or hardware. To make it even worse, Ride Command shows they were illegally driving my UTV on five-lane roads which I had noticed 4 miles of road travel on a previous UTV they serviced. This is how they treat someone who has legitimately spent over $400,000 at their "Stealership"

We owned an older travel trailer and had 2 tire blow outs in the same day on the way home from a trip. We were just going to have it fixed and trade it in for a newer one that suited our needs better. We had already gone to a few other dealers to look at travel trailers so we already knew pretty much the floor plan and amenities we wanted so we just needed to narrow it down to make and model. They put us with salesman Gerald. He showed us new and used trailers with what we wanted and others just to make sure it wasn't something we didn't think about. We were up front that we still had to get ours fixed first before we could purchase a new one. He got us with service so they could get an estimate written. Ours ended up having $14,000 in damage and ended up being a total loss. Gerald was so patient and allowed us to put a deposit on the one we wanted until we settled with our insurance company. This took almost a month but Gerald still held the one for us. Not one time did Gerald try to pressure us into buying a better model or something that didn't make sense for us. We finally settled with the insurance company was ready to purchase. Gerald got us scheduled with finance and delivery within a few days. Both of these teams were outstanding. Quick and easy. They advised of additional warranties and upgrades to purchase but no pressure and moved right on when we declined. The delivery guy that showed us how to work everything spent almost 2 hours with us. Everyone at modern Trailer Sales were outstanding. You get a gift certificate and discount in parts on the day of delivery. Even the parts department was great in our special order for what we wanted. We could have purchased this floor plan at a couple of different dealers but Gerald is what made us want to do business at Modern Trailer Sales. I have and will always recommend this place for sales and service.
