Which is impressive, because let's be honest--we made buying a boat fun for them too Josh and Justin were absolute legends. Friendly, patient, and way too good at their jobs. And I did NOT make it easy on them. I showed up with 1,000 questions, 3 moods, 5 budget breakdowns, and the full-blown "I'm about to make a terrible-but-awesome life decision" shakes. I stared at price tags like they personally offended me. I said "Okay but..." at least 47 times. And somehow... they still smiled. They made the whole thing painless, stress-free, and weirdly fun--like a therapy session, but with cupholders. I bought my first boat from Denny's a couple of weeks ago. John Chappelow was my sales person throughout the process and has been a wonderful source of information. He spent tons of time with me talking through all the different options. They have an amazing selection and I now have a beautiful new Bennington. They filled it with the pontoon package accessories that I purchased, and even included a little trash can that fits perfectly in one of the storage areas. This means I have everything I need to be "legal" and I didn't have to figure it all out myself. He met me at the lake and launched the boat after giving me lots of information and a detailed lesson about how everything works. Overall a fantastic experience! I'm ready for summer! read more

Don't buy a Bennington! At least not from Denny's Marina in Indianapolis. Salesman/Owner did not want to discuss a problem we were having. Said warranty didn't cover it! It's a new (3 month old) pontoon boat. Told us he wasn't going to argue with us and if we didn't like it to take it somewhere else for warranty and don't come back for service either and hung up on us! I am for sure not going to invest in another Bennington if this is how they do. So much for 10 year warranty. I guess they sell so many they don't care about just one customer once they get your money. I wonder how they treat you when its not under warranty anymore. Guess I'll sell it and buy something different so I won't find out! I'm very disappointed and sad. read more

I just purchased a used boat from Denny's and I could not more pleased with the service! Starting with my salesman, Joe, the entire experience was amazing. They were easy to deal with, honest, very open about the boat and even fixed a few things that were not part of the original deal. On the day i picked up the boat my technician spent over an hour walking me through every detail of the boat. He even hooked it up to my Jeep and threw in an adapter when he saw the lighting wires would not fit my vehicle. I really can't think of much that could have been better. I highly recommend Denny's! read more

Just recently purchased a new 2018 Tritoon from Denny's Marina on the south side of Indy. I selected Denny's due to the location from the lake that I go to so if I ever needed service done they would be close to the lake. My salesman Joe was outstanding and the financial person was great. If it wasn't for Joe I would have walked away from the deal. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. I dealt with the owner twice through my process and both times made me question why I would spend that much money and buy a boat from a person like this. He is very rude, pushy and not very pleasant to deal with. With being an owner you would expect more on a personality standpoint when dealing with customers. I had Denny's add some options that wasn't on the boat as it was a model on the showroom floor. The items that I wanted added were Bennington options that the dealer was going to have to add but they were parts that were from Bennington. I had an amp and subwoofer added, pop up cleats and the privacy pop up. When I arrived to pick up my boat I went to check out how the sub would sound. I noticed that the fade and balance didn't work with the speakers. When I brought it up to the technician all he said was "It is what it is and that it only had two connections and there is nothing he can do about it." I stated "I didn't spend that much money on a boat with Bennington options to not have the stereo work properly so I wanted to speak to the owner." When the owner came back I explained the issue with the radio and he once again was rude and said that his technician said it is what it is and there is nothing he can do about it. When I question him about what kind of business he is running he told me that he would punt my ass and my boat out if his place. I had a friend with me and he calmly tried to explain what may be the issue with the radio. The technician and the owner was rude and didn't want to hear anything about it. I was done dealing with this idiot and requested to take my boat. Once I got home with my boat, it took me five minutes to correct the radio issue as my friend suggested what the problem was. They were suppose to clean the boat but found metal shavings all over the boat and the stainless tow bar was filthy. The metal shavings will get stuck in peoples feet and when you have kids that is not cool especially when you were told they would clean it up before I pick up the boat. Also the shavings were all over the seats. I now have to clean the boat in addition to having had to fix the radio. read more
