The Issue: My smart phone was accidentally thrown into Talk Back mode when my basset hound puppy, unhappy because his sister had grabbed the prime real estate area on the bed which is snuggled into my side, stomped on my chest with the full force of all his 32 pounds centered into one paw. This caused a seismic event on the bed and by the time the shaking was over, my phone was stuck in Talk Back mode. After spending at least two hours trying everything suggested from Google, You Tube and Reddit to fix the problem, I became despondent. As I am not very diligent at backing up important data, I was worried I would never see my contacts, photos and text messages again. The Hero: 1. Ethan convinced me to bring the phone in. 2. He got it working and back to normal within approximately 15 seconds. 3. He saved my professional life since I depend on my phone daily for all professional contacts. 4.
