Locally owned business that goes the extra mile. As an example, my wife and I have bad knees. They will see us drive up, and they will bring our mail out to us. They have told us that they do this for many of their clients. This next example is way over and above. I had picked up my mail a few days before Christmas (2025). It was near closing time. A few minutes later, Cindy, the owner, called to say my brake, tail, and license plate lights were out. This might have prevented an accident, as I was planning to take my wife out that night to see the Christmas decorations and lights. I would not recommend this place. If you need to copy, print, or need similar services, I would go to UPS in Chino. They have better customer service and lower prices. Besides my personal experience I have heard bad things about this business and the high prices. read more

Often one does now know how kind, helpful and professional a company or person (people) is "UNTIL" you need 'em. And then they either "wow" your socks off or, maybe disappoint. Well, "Chino Ship & Copy" is in the WOW category. I shipped a perishable item a long way, got my receipt and said thank you. Went home and 'somehow' the receipt got shredded and there went my "tracking number". I figured with so much going on that CSC might, well, just say, "oh, ya shoulda paid more attention". NOPE, Kinsey (spelled differently) answered my call and spent several minutes and was friendly and didn't even "sound" like she thought I was dumb... AND had the number for me.
