Online shows 7pm as closing time. (See pic) Arrived at the door at 6 pm, and the male locking the doors laughed at us and said we are closed and proceeded to lock the door. First of all, zero professionalism. Second, extremely rude. Third, we will take our business someplace else. It truly is a hit or miss if the copy machines work and if the staff is paying attention. Very rude cashiers. Looked at office chairs for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from a single employee, and store was not busy as I was the only customer in the store. read more

I like to go in here because I can usually get in and out quickly, as apposed to target or Walmart considering they have similar product. The customer service skills of the "manager " Anthony make me wish I never walked into the store . I'm no pro on ink and copy machines nor do I act like one , Ive never felt more belittled on my lack of knowledge since I was in grade school learning how to use a typewriter. Took them weeks and 3 phone calls before I finally got my poster for an important fund raiser. Customer service was bad. Service itself was bad. This OfficeMax is only blocks away from me. This is unacceptable. read more

I brought in $80 worth of shredding and the gentleman at the counter would not help me with my boxes and would also not even call someone to help me with my boxes at my almost 60 years of age. Apparently respect and consideration and compassion does not go very far at this OfficeMax. read more

Just left OfficeMax in Prescott on route 69 to make some large prints. Walked in the door and was greeted by a gentleman that gave us some helpfull info, and showed us to where to start. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Stephanie was very helpful is getting the prints from our phone. She was polite and efficient, so we were gone in no time. I go to the copy center fairly often. The employees are usually pleasant and have good turnaround on projects. However, be sure that you review all of your pages before leaving the store. Almost every time I give them a large copying project, there are pages left out, bad copies, or another such problem. Not sure if it's a training issue, but the attention to detail is lacking. I have been a customer at Office Max in Prescott for a long time. I go there for all my computer and tech needs. The manager, Anthony, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He doesn't use "techno speak" and works with the customer no matter what the customers' tech level. I highly recommend this store for your tech and office needs. read more

Lousy customer service. Employees seem tired and they process customers as a chore to them. No employees around to assist customers in finding items nor anyone to welcome them into the store. No wonder there is very little foot traffic. read more
