The engine was delivered to my home. BUT, the air box with MAP sensor was missing. the igniter was missing. 2 plugs were missing from the computer and the body harness was cut. It took 5 visits to Mark's home to pickup said items. The cut harness was a major delay. I finally figured what wires needed to start the engine. I fired it on the engine stand for a couple of seconds to check wiring. Next, I pulled a valve covers to check clearances. Total solidified sludge. I called Mark to ask for a partial refund or replacement. My calls and texts go unanswered. This is NOT the guy you want to do business with. I suspect the yard knew the engine was a basket case and delayed me by withholding parts needed to get it running. I'm 78 and had many dealings with salvage yards along the way. Never had trouble returning a bad part before. I hope you have a better experience.

My SUV was hit in a parking lot, damaging the front passenger side headlight along with some scratches on the door and one dent by the passenger door handle on the exterior. It took over 30 days to get the car back. When it was returned to me the driver side door interior trim was all but hanging off and the passenger side exterior rear door handle fell off. I let them know and they had me bring the car back. The door handle is fine now however, the interior passenger trim is still loose and not put back together properly. Plus they raped my insurance company for close to 7k. This is the worst auto body shop I have ever brought a car to. I do not recommend them at all.

The vehicle came out looking like new and the paint was a perfect match. The second time we used his shop we were hit by someone who moved into our lane after not checking her blind spot. This time we were able to get the other drivers insurance and, after dealing with that pain and supply chain shortages and blah blah blah, decided to try Fuji's rather than the shop the insurance company wanted to use. Not only did the work come out great, but he got it dome 45 days BEFORE the shop that the insurance company was going to send us to. Barbara in the office got all the paperwork handled promptly and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car when I dropped off my car for the repairs.
