Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn't be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it's running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it's so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I've now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what's going on, good or bad. And Roberto is diligent and patient and gifted. Hoping for another 10 years possibly with my little red Jeep , we call Lil' Ruby...under their geriatric care unit. Lol ... Called this company, while more expensive they fixed it without mentioning the need to do that. I left Marcos with my car and watched some TV inside while not totally knowing what to expect. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. While a bit more expensive than the cheapest route, this shop will get it done right the first time. I'll 100% only be working with this brand for dents in the future.

In our post-Covid world Murphy's is subject to slow delivery of after market items and automotive parts, insurance companies that don't sign off on work, and a multitude of other things that take time...and Murphy's Paint & Body handled EVERY DETAIL with extreme PROFESSIONALISM!!! When there was a hiccup, I was notified. My claim was handled by GEICO Instant Claim Service (which was also very streamlined and wasy) however, it took 18-days longer than what was estimated due to industry slow downs...GEICO covered every penny, including a rental car for the month. ZERO COST to me!!! Murphy's checked in with me with regular updates and fielded all of my calls with quick action and attention. The visits to the office always resulted in great conversation and coffee, smiles and pleasant exchange.
