My story stars back in October when I was involved in a hit and run in my brand new truck. I went straight to my insurance company where they pointed me in the direction of caliber Collison. After 3 months of dealing with caliber, the fact that they would never answer calls, never finish estimates, and overall horrible experience. I decided enough of the bs with caliber I was told about paint Lux. After speaking to paint Lux on day one. I was able to get my claim moved over and had my inspection the first week. By the end of the second week all paperwork was finished and I had a repair drop off date. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I dropped my truck off and working 2 1/2 weeks my truck was finished. Not only that it was certified repaired, not pieced together like other body shops. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I would call they would answer, they tell me the status of my repairs. On top of that they detailed my truck before I picked it up. I had a small section on top that needed to be painted. The vehicle is older but had some fading. She wanted to remove window, seals and everything and put in new and therefore the quote was extremely high. Other quotes and shops were not anywhere near their high price. They did NOT say they had to remove anything. Found out that I Could actually get the entire vehicle painted for less than the quote for a small area no rust. Very disappointed in the company should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I had my own money to add to get my Jeep totally redone. Provided part numbers for the fenders, headlights and asked for a full matte black paint job. I said "use the insurance and I'll pay the rest." This was my using the 6k from my insurance I have paid for 13 years, had a fender bender and decided it was time to redo my Jeep. This was the start of me using my money with the insurance money to fix my Jeep up. I had 20k ready to add. Yet I was jerked around for 2 months only to get the bare minimum of what I asked for. I have a pile of emails to prove my side. Hard working people need to pay attention to their customers instead of ignoring every request. The place could have made money instead jerked me around like I'm some country bumpkin. I live in Wellington and have money. I was ripped off by this place. Which I why I will leave this and if pushed provide emails back and forth about the whole process. 2 months and my Jeep returned to me just like I gave it to them except a new fender and bumper. I'm ready to spend money to fix up my Jeep and they ignored every request and did the bare minimum, kept my Jeep 2 months and I had to pay for a month of rental car then get reimbursed. A can of spray paint would have worked better than this place. I was referred to them too. My neighbor was so embarrassed he referred me to this place. He even swore to never go again. I was really taken advantage of and my Jeep and 6k was wasted. It's ok I went and got a 392 Wrangler. Dont take a Geo Metro to this place nor Corolla. read more

Lengthy honesty review ! They really go out to their way to make sure you're involved and up to speed with what's going on with your car. Corey (the owner) really impressed me with how well he kept his communication with me and never got frustrated with me and my thousands of questions. The first phone call was made on a Sunday and he called me back within minutest of me leaving a voicemail. The guys at the shop were so sweet and helpful. But after picking my car up there was some minor things that needed to be fixed at the dealership. A sensor was put in upside down, my headlight wasn't plugged in correctly and something under my steering wheel wasn't put on properly. Again all very minor things but I felt like if I come to pick my car up- it should be 100% ready and done. Regardless, Corey made sure I was taken care of at Lexus and took care of me until the very end. And he even offered to pay for anything That was needing to be fixed. I don't know very many places that would do that. Again, just being honest! Everything was great even with the minor fixes that needed to take place. I really can't say anything bad about this shop.
