After reading countless reviews involving half a dozen cleaning services, I chose this company based, of course, on their positive reviews but mainly due to the way they responded to a negative reviewer. They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny. The first thing I noticed when I returned was the wonderfully clean, crisp smell. The floors were so clean they looked brand new. As for my stove... I wish I had a "Before" shot to share, but honestly, I probably wouldn't because it looked so disgusting! I now have a brand new stove as far as I'm concerned! I have a few allergies, and dust is the main one. They dusted every nook and cranny of my apartment, dusted (and cleaned) the ceiling fans and walls and even cleaned the exhaust filter on the stove. I suspect this company is at the higher end cost-wise, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and every penny I spent was worth this. Dust left on the floors from them dusting & not vacuuming after, still scuff marks on walls, dirty baseboards, my kitchen sink un touched. They did a decent job with the blinds & ceiling fans but for $300 for a 1br 1bth I don't feel like I noticed THAT big of a difference & probably wouldn't book with them again unfortunately. read more

I was initially going to defer getting housecleaning service because of a busy schedule (the reason for my need of housecleaning) but Adriana contacted me and said she could come over in less than 12 hours to handle the work. Adriana arrived with a second person and all the materials needed to clean my very dirty and dusty house. I spent two deployments nearly back to back, retired and began working FT almost immediately thereafter. My house was badly neglected and I had no illusions about everything being made right in a couple hours. Adriana and Ruth told me precisely what they could accomplish in 3-hours and did exactly as promised in the that time and more. I was not counting on them addressing the disorganized clutter that accumulates on/under coffee tables, bookshelves, closets and countertops but that is exactly what they did in the process. My kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are spotless and organized. The clutter was removed and consolidated throughout most of the house, every corner of my large entertainment center and bookshelf was cleaned to include every book being dusted and wiped.
