I am immunocompromised with a brain injury and have some chemical sensitivities so this is a big deal for me. I continue to recommend Green Frog. They are reliable, thorough and the technicians, though they do change, are always friendly and professional.

She's courteous of mine and my house's needs in more ways than I can count. When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. It seems small but that's huge. Great team, great cleans- hire them if you want stress-free cleans. They live up to their name.

I am truly disappointed and upset over the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service provided by this company. "Pattys team" was simply awful, unprofessional, and did not provide the move out deep cleaning I ultimately had to pay. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Karla C (who I communicated mainly by text) was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived within the time frame provided and only two (from what I heard of their conversations it seemed as they were a couple). When they arrived they did a walk through of the apartment BEFORE starting to clean in order to inspect the condition and advised me it would take them 2-3 hours. Around 4.5 hours later I received a text from Karla saying the cleaners need more time due to "conditions of the home." The cleaners told her that my apartment was more work and dirtier than they expected and they attempted the charge me more money. The condition of my apartment was nothing more than a normal move out/deep cleaning. My apartment was completely empty and relatively clean. They DID NOT do a move out clean. I observed them since 1130 am and noticed that she has giving him instructions consistently on how to deep clean while she wasn't cleaning. At one point he was left alone to clean the small bathroom alone that he spent over an hour on. I'm was concerned at the efficiency of them. I was in the living room during a 40 min period taking apart one piece of furniture and observed them NOT clean anything beyond wiping down a counter. I also had a friend over who observed the same. They did not pull out the appliances to clean them, didn't clean the freezer, barely wiped down the baseboards despite telling me that they had to spend a significant amount of time on them. I had to go back and wipe down walls, cabinet doors, baseboards, and clean the freezer myself. Karla was receptive and when I sent her photos agreed that they did not provide the quality of work they allegedly normally offer. However I had to actually call her and request a reduction of rate in order to receive any response or discount. I was still charged $216 despite after informing Karla and going back and forth being provided an "$80 discount." When I turned over the apartment my leasing agent expressed her concerns over the cleaning quality and advised me she would be reaching out to the company to finish cleaning properly. The cleaners spent SIX HOURS in my apartment and did nothing beyond a normal cleaning. Then tried to argue with me when I expressed concerns. The girl also attempted to get me to pay her cash directly rather than waiting for the company to charge my card. It was all completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It was a complete waste of money and time. I hired them because I wanted to support a local business, they had "fair" rates, and relatively decent reviews. I needed a move out clean and decided to give them a chance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. I should have paid double the price for a larger professional corporation or company to handle my cleaning needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan and his team today on a rental property that I needed assistance with after a long-term tenant moved out. Juan was incredibly flexible, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my property and allowing them to clean it while I was away. When I returned, I was astounded to find that the entire house was immaculate. From top to bottom, everything was spotless. I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the cleaning done by this company. The two ladies that came were very detailed and made sure that everything was put back in place after cleaning. I have two children and they tend to make a very big mess. I work over 50 hours a week so I don't always have the time to keep the house spotless but they really did an amazing job. They responded the same day and sent three cleaners over who did an amazing job considering some aspects needed much TLC. They didn't just stay for the hours quoted, but until the job was done. I'll preface my review by saying I had no contact with the owner regarding pricing or scheduling…read more My girlfriend and I have been dealing with some out-of-the-blue allergies so we discussed a deep clean of our home. She found this company with multiple 5-star reviews and booked a deep cleaning. We made a conscious effort to take our dogs and spend some time away from the house so the cleaners could work without us around/in the way. We had the dogs leashed up and ready to leave just before 11 am (scheduled time), but no one showed up until 11:30 am. We were gone for over 4 hours, and stayed in the backyard once we returned. We heard, "we're done!" and my girlfriend went in and thanked the woman (a second woman was already gone, I assume waiting outside) and I got the OK to let the dogs in and come inside. When I got inside, I was surprised to see dust almost everywhere, smudges on windows and appliances, rugs un-vacuumed, loads of dog hair just under the edge of the couch (not expecting them to move furniture or anything excessive), and a rag left on the stove top. I then asked my girlfriend what the cost of this "deep cleaning" was and was again surprised that the typical rate is nearly $300. I visited the Coastal House Cleaning website to see what their service breakdown was. Per their website: Clean cobwebs and dust shelves - (nightstands and dressers were wiped down, but no other flat surfaces were wiped down) Dust ceiling fan & blades - (ceiling fan in bedroom was cleaned, with big dust chunks left on the floor. Living room fan untouched, see photo) Vacuum carpeted areas - (we don't have carpet but there is a large area rug that was untouched) Sweep and mop hardwood floors - (partial mopping done) Clean all light switches & door knobs - (see front door lock photo) Stove and appliances cleaned - (stove top appeared wiped down, microwave untouched, see photo) Countertops and backsplashes cleaned - (were already cleaned by us, no visible change) Clean & dry shower door, track & glass - (we have a shower curtain, so not applicable) Clean the inside and outside of toilets - (done, but bidet knobs on toilets were untouched -- just dusty and needed a quick once-over with a rag) Blinds, shutters, and window ledges wiped down - (not done at all, see photos) Baseboards dusted and wiped clean - (not done at all, see photos) So then I think... okay maybe they gave us a standard cleaning? Checked the website and I guess we didn't get a standard cleaning, either (no trash was emptied, no lights dusted.) I am extremely disappointed. When my girlfriend texted the owner, who she had scheduled with, we were asked if we did a walk-through at the end. No, we had dogs anxious to get in the house and had we immediately seen any of this stuff, the cleaners would've been at our home another 4+ hours. When I read over the reviews, I see a lot of move in/move out cleanings, which probably don't meet much criticism because people aren't actively living in those places. My girlfriend and I spent another hour cleaning the house after the cleaners left. If you're looking for a DEEP clean, this isn't the company to go with. Honestly I wouldn't hire them for a standard cleaning after this experience either.

I love EVERYTHING about this company, from their business plan to the lovely people who work with them. We needed a good cleaning before moving into our new house and they delivered! I am very disappointed with Ace to Maids. The first time I scheduled an appointment, they did not…read moreshow up, and then within a couple hours after the appointment time, they contacted me to say they had a flat tire. That was totally understandable and we rescheduled. We rescheduled to about a week later on a Thursday at 8 am. By 8:30 am, no one showed up, so I messaged them through yelp. I never heard back. By 10 am I messaged again, and I never heard back. I sent three messages and never heard back. I called the phone number, which said it was not in service. After seeing such wonderful reviews, I was very excited to have them come clean. I even stayed home from work to be here when they came. I am very disappointed and hope they can make things right.

Two workers arrived with few supplies,…read morewere there for just over 2 and a half hours (part of which was spent having a snack and drinking water) and left without dusting, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, wiping off light switches...In fact the only thing that they did do was mop the floors (without sweeping first). The mop water looked like mud and was streaking my hardwood floors. When I asked Jackie to get clean water she consulted with her coworker who told me that they had finished and were leaving. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. They were friendly people - just NOT cleaners.

They arrived early, were incredibly friendly and professional, and got right to work after we walked them through what we wanted done. The quality of the cleaning exceeded our expectations. They did an excellent deep clean of the kitchen, including the oven, microwave, cabinet exteriors, countertops, sink, and floors. They dusted every surface--including several shelves and areas we hadn't even thought about--cleaned the mirrors, ceiling fans, vacuumed thoroughly, and left everything looking spotless. The bathroom was equally impressive. They deep cleaned the toilet (including behind it), shower, tub, sink, mirrors, and floors, and everything looked and smelled fresh when they were finished.
