Very quick to response and easy to book. The staffs showed up early and got right to work. Unfortunately, I had to clean up a little bit after they left. My place is small and isn't dirty. I just need some things wiped down and the floor cleaned due to dog hair. They mopped the floor but did not swept before but after they left, I checked the corners of the room and there was just a balls of hair in the corner. We were still in the process of moving out so I helped move things out of their way as best I could. Juan was prompt and clear with all communication via Yelp messaging, text, and phone. The company was able to accommodate me on the day I needed. I scheduled about a week in advance. The cleaning for a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with just under 1000 sq ft cost $150. The two ladies arrived about 45 min late but Juan communicated that to me. It took them about 3 hours. They did miss a few spots but immediately re-cleaned a few spots when I pointed it out. I feel like the apartment will pass the walk through inspection. They accept payment in cash or check (directly to the people cleaning) or Venmo (to Juan's phone number).
