They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny.
