Jorge gave me the option of coming out later that day. When he promptly arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended changing the key to match the rest of our home's exterior locks. He got to work and was researching whether or not my specific lock was able to be rekeyed. The information on the lock vendor's website was not thorough and explicit as to whether or not that model could be rekeyed. After about an hour of troubleshooting , Jorge eventually came to the conclusion that we could not rekey. He apologized for any inconvenience and only charged me for the unlock service. A few days later, he messaged back to let me know he called the manufacturer's technical support and verified that our specific model is, in fact, not able to be rekeyed. Jorge went above and beyond. Not sure if it was driven by curiosity or just doing a complete job for his clients.
