It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor. It was stressful and took 3 times longer than it should have.

We wanted to reconfigure our kitchen floor plan to relocate our refrigerator, expand existing kitchen cabinetry, and replace an oversized, oddball island. The original cabinet maker had gone out of business, so in 2021 a three year search began. We contacted over 50 cabinet companies and contractors throughout the Panhandle up into Alabama, the majority of which frankly told us they couldn't match what we had. Only four submitted bids and thankfully J. Wade was one of them! He also suggested enhanced panels for framing our fridge and the island plus a unique corner base cabinet to make it more practical for access. I'm not very good with pictures; hopefully the "before's and after's" will speak for themselves. He did such a wonderful job that you can't tell where the 'old' cabinets end and his new ones begin and we are delighted beyond words! The literal 'icing on the cake' was the new crown molding he replaced above all the cabinets; such a beautiful final touch! He is a genuine craftsman!

Excited to use local company for cabinet and counters install at our tiny studio condo. Said timing…read morewas important, and salesman assured 1 week schedule once cabinets delivered (4-6 wks). Cabinet install began 7wks later. But workmen caused negligent damage, they lost outlet covers and other hardware, and left installation trash. Most importantly, company delayed and delayed finishing job. Our manager and us both contacted company by phone and email multiple times about repairs, replacements, and clean up. We reiterated that time was of the essence, and continued asking for prompt completion. Instead, company ghosted us. Delays in finishing minor job (bathroom and hallway cabinet) resulted in lost rental income, and repair costs. In the end, the company offered to discount about a third of our actual costs from this fiasco. Not worth it.

The communication from the time of the order to final installation was seamless. The lead foreman asked for our input and kept us informed throughout the installation process. He also provided his professional advice when asked. The demo and install process took less than two days! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them. We were NOT…read morecalled to inspect the granite before installation and during a showing of our house, the prospective buyers noticed flaws in the granite right in front of the stove. When I contacted customer service, the gentleman was quite curt and produced a picture of the flaw that was taken at installation but never pointed out to my husband or myself. This gentleman proceeded to engage in a text battle about how I wouldn't want those people to buy my house. I asked that a supervisor contact me directly. To this date, we have not been contacted by a supervisor. Remember that we were assured that we would be able to inspect the granite before installation and were never contacted for an inspection. What can be done?? Probably nothing but the customer service person, John Cassady was not what I would expect from a home town business. My bad. I trusted the company. Look at the Pics and decide.
