This place is a hidden GEM in the inland empire!!! I was greeted right away and given a quick little tour of all the costumes. Their wigs are amazing quality & such a great price!! They also carry Ben nye makeup products which I typically have to drive all the way up to LA for this kind of makeup or costumes/wigs. It was extremely clean, not crowded and they let you try on the costumes and wigs which is great. Would highly recommend this store to friends, family and fellow makeup artist!! Best ever costume shop! These gals are so helpful and nice. My rental was so affordable, when they told me it was from the day before I was going to wear it that I needed to pick it up I told them of my circumstance (work party 2 days before I needed it for Halloween) they said no problem you can pick it up then no extra charge. went here today to get some Halloween makeup..A friend told me they had great quality makeup.... was only looking to get white and maybe orange (that's all I needed) well I walked out with 3 other colors plus, glitter spray and blood!!! HAPPY ME!!! This is definitely the coolest costume store I've seen yet! I didn't have much time to walk around because I was in a rush but I did notice a huge selection of items. I came here to get a black wig. I was greeted immediately and they suggested the PERFECT wig to me within seconds. They helped me try it on so I could be sure that it would fit. I paid for it and was on my way, in and out in less than 5 minutes! I happen upon A & H though Yelp and was totally amazed by all of the reviews. I called A & H and spoke with this Bubbly young lady name Jennifer. I was told come on in we have exactly what your looking for. Upon arrival this young lady is just so wonderful, people friendly and just so in the know. Jennifer put my Pirate costume together within minutes and her suggestion on how to amp it up was on point. WOW!!! I am so excited to write this review! I went to A&H Costumes for the first time looking for a costume. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but I did have an idea! Jennifer and Cristy were just gems! They were so helpful, gave suggestions and just made the whole experience so much better then I had anticipated!!! I had my three year daughter helping as well and they were just fabulous with her! So, I not only got a great costume, but I also got a great deal!!! I left with more then I wanted at half of what I though I was going to spend!!! Now that makes for one very happy mama!!! They have a ton of great stuff for purchase or as a rental at really great prices!!! Much less then a HUGE costume store I recently visited! read more

Me and my husband needed a costume for the Renaissance Faire, and we happened upon this little shop by accident by driving by. We had been literally all over town in desperation, we are "Big" people and everything wasn't fitting. We decided to give this place a try and WOW what an amazing place it is. We found costumes all for under 50$ and we had fun looking. I don't know the young lady's name that helped us, but she was so nice, and let us try on and open a few costumes. We even tried on wigs, and hats. Overall, I definitely suggest coming here if you need a costume. I plan on going back soon for this year's Renaissance Faire, should be a lot of fun! read more

So My experience is a little different. First off as you can see by the hours these guys are not that easy to do business with, furthermore they really do not seem to want to do business, we had a party to attend and needed costumes. I was able to find something that fit, but was not "exactly" what we were looking for, my wife was not able too, but there were costumes that were out being rented and she saw in their catalog that there was something that might work for her, she asked if it was scheduled to be back the following week, the sales person said "hmm I think so but can't promise it, and then it will need to be washed so not sure it will be in the shop next week. Well my wife went back the following week, and it was in the shop but "bagged" to go to the cleaners. My wife asked when it was due back and the same sales gal says "not sure...might not be back when you need it by next week..." my wife asks well can we take a look and see if it will fit me? " no, sorry it is bagged for the cleaners and I can't show you a dirty costume.." well can we hold it up and see if it looks like it will fit me? again..."NO" They really did not want to do business, which is sad as we use the rental office downstairs for all of out parties, anyway was very disappointed in the service and when else where..will not return. read more
