I had to do all the coordinating with my mortgage/insurance, schedule all the inspections and find my own contractors for the repairs. What exactly did Elevate do? Why do they feel entitled to a commission for this? In the end I'm still coming out of pocket to get my kitchen done because we had to settle on a lesser amount due to Elevates lack of communication/effort. Eventually my rep went MIA and they had some other dude take it over. Called me once, never heard from him again, and then passed on to another dude who only calls when a check needs to be endorsed. None of these people care about integrity or doing the right thing for the customer, they are all in for themselves and just want to take all the $$$ they can get. With their fake soft skills and assurance that they will get the job done. I see all these nice reviews with smiling faces and big checks. I tried being patient and understanding but no matter how I look at it, and as a single mother, these people did me wrong. Call your insurance agent before doing business with them, you would be surprised at how capable you are of doing this on your own!
