Thousands went into cosmetic work and none of the mechanical problems were fixed despite me pointing out that there were mechanical issues with my car after the accident. Whoever that immature "Sean" was on the phone needs to be fired, I questioned why it wasn't looked at and he responded like a jerk and when called out came up with as many excuses as possible when called out on it then followed up with it by hanging up. I accepted this and asked for clarification on whether they are a collision shop, which he confirmed. However, when I followed up to ask if they accept sunroof jobs when billed through insurance, the employee completely lost his temper and began yelling at me, saying, 'If insurance is paying, yes we do it.'I calmly told him there was no need to yell, as I was only trying to understand their policy after he gave conflicting statements. Instead of trying to maintain professional communication, he continued to yell and went on a rant. I finally told him that speaking that way and being as rude as he was being meant he'd be losing out on a very good client. He responded, 'Then I don't want a customer like you,' and abruptly hung up on me. Completely unacceptable and hostile customer service. Totally Unprofessional! Do yourself a favor, take your business to a more courteous facility who are respectful of their customer base.

I got no updates until I called and if I called too much the receptionist just hung up or transferred my call to the service desk. I was given miss information on when repairs where being done, and when I told them I knew they were misrepresenting the dates (my insurance company was sending updates on estimates and payment dates) their stories changed on why was car was taking so long. 6,000 dollars and one month later I have my car back and will never in life recommend or use this company again.

I took it to this location for the insurance quote and for the repair, and it was such an easy process. Gerber handled everything from scheduling the service, ordering all of the parts, contacting me throughout the process, and even dropped my rental car off for me when I picked up my vehicle. The person's insurance company sent out someone to assess the damage and make sure the quote for the work that was given to me by Gerber was a fair price. The auditor actually said that he would charge more for the services and ended up requesting additional money from the insurance company for the repairs. So I know that it was a great and fair price even though going through insurance. Everyone is extremely friendly too. They were so easy to work with and made a really crappy situation better. I was not looking forward to getting everything repaired, but they really made it a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work on their car!
