We brought them in to do carpet/tile cleaning and some basic decluttering before selling a family home. Before the job started, we specifically talked about budget limits and concerns and were told it would be around 1-2 hours of decluttering and 3-4 hours of cleaning. What actually happened felt like major scope creep. 9 hours of cleaning and 5 hours of decluttering! Without asking us first, they went far beyond what we discussed -- packing parts of the garage, removing art from walls, boxing up belongings, and charging us $595 for packing materials. We didn't ask them to or even give them permission to pack anything beyond just clearing off counters, etc. Our biggest issue was the lack of communication. If a job is suddenly becoming 2-3x larger than expected and agreed upon, you call the customer before continuing. That never happened. Instead, we were handed a huge invoice afterward and told all the extra work was "necessary." Since they are calling it necessary, then we just have to pay for it. I guess we should be glad they didn't decide to paint the place and charge us for that too. The whole thing ended up feeling less like an estimate and more like a blank check. To make matters worse, when we tried to question the charges and explain our concerns, the conversation quickly turned defensive and escalated into threats about filing "Theft of Service" claims if payment wasn't made immediately. That was honestly shocking considering we were still trying to resolve the disagreement in good faith. Maybe they do good work for some people, but our experience involved poor communication, unauthorized scope expansion, unexpectedly high charges, and pressure tactics we were very uncomfortable with.

The owner doesn't keep appointments. He doesn't call to tell you he isn't coming. Very creepy vibe.read more

I asked for 2 people for 2 hours and received a quote of $525. The movers arrived and the move completed at the 2 hours mark. The movers assigned were strong and worked quickly. We used my own Uhaul trailer and did not make use of the Toyota Corolla the movers arrived in. However, the clock on hours starts ticking when they leave their own office and ends by adding the transit time after the move to return back to their own office. Thus, I was charged for 40 minutes of drive time in addition to the 2 hours of the actual move. This was not communicated clearly to me at the time of the quote and I had some sticker shock at the end. My $525 2:00 hour move became a $667 2:45 hour move. They did give me a slight discount off the amount due to the communication error. However, even after the discount, I paid almost $100 more than the 2 hour quote to account for their drive time to and from their office. After I filled it out I got an error message. Since that didn't work I called the number on the website around 9 p.m. to leave a message to get a call back in the morning. To my surprise, someone answered the phone. I told him that I was just wanted to get a quote. He gave me some prices, which were very high. Telling me I would have to pay 4-6 hours to load a very small 2 bedroom apartment and pay 4-6 hours to unload it. The cost was outrageous. I told him that I didn't have much to move and that it would take less time. He became angry and asked me "You know it is 9:00 at night, right??" I asked him "You know you chose to answer the phone at 9:00 at night, right? I just planned on leaving a message." I told him there was no need for the attitude. I asked who he was. He yelled "I am the F'ing owner of this company!" He answered the phone, he did not say anything about business hours and yet he blamed me for calling at 9 p.m. That is called gaslighting and the power play he made about calling himself the ogre, I mean owner, screams narcissist. Additionally, due to the items damaged and lost, I placed a claim and received a measly payback based on the .60/lb rule which is a larger issue with the state of Texas. I had a great experience with JR and his team. I had a complicated & long distance three-part move. They showed up on time-fast. Quick at loading and unloading at each location- wrapped a lot of my furniture that I thought they would just put in the truck uncovered. That was a wonderful comforting bonus. took beds and furniture apart and put them back together where needed in timely manner. They are very neat & clean up afterwards. He worked with me on my dates and times that changed about three times in one week. He was courteous and always got back to me with communication. Ladies and gentlemen I give you the worst moving company I have ever used in my many many moves. The business and its owner tend to be on the completely unethical side and believe in harassment and theft. If you intend to use their services even after this review make sure to keep track of all the time used and know that the owner charges the moving person for lunches and their employees wasting time. Even after all this though the icing on the cake is that the owner will lie about his insurance, state that he a registered business on thumbtack and has a set price for long distance moves all of these things are blatant lies. On a side note never ever do business outside of a contractor site, people like this guy feed off people who are legitimately registered on the site. read more

Howdy! So, I've used their services twice so far. The first move went really well and I had no issues at all! Both times the movers were extremely helpful and nice. The most recent move was over this weekend, and we had a problem with miscommunication when my appointment time was scheduled incorrectly. Fortunately, J.R. (the owner) contacted me and went above and beyond to correct the mistake! He was very apologetic and owned up to the error on their side. In return, he comped my entire move! We had zero damage to our possessions and the move was done quickly, which we appreciated since we were paying them by the hour. If you like trespassing, threatening, and thieves these guys are for you. They will agree to a amount and then change it while stealing, holding on to, and blackmailing you. The owner states he is a approved vendor through thumbtack but after reaching out to the company he is not. His staff stated he has no insurance even though he insisted he had insurance. I had a faulty/broken ceiling fan. The agent from the office kindly arranged an electrician who came out the next day to come out and work on it immediately. A new fan was needed so they order the part and waited a day or two for it to come in. When the part was in, the electricians came and fitted it with ease. Everything was on time and as promised.
