Could have been multiples reasons for this unfortunately. It's definitely a place you want to visit if you are in Bryan or CS. It's a huge store and there is something there for everyone. They also make their own rich sanitizer and spray which smells heavenly. It's quiet pricey, but you could split a bottle with a friend. I'll absolutely go back. I've heard it's beautiful around Christmas time.

At one point he took a check I wrote to a subcontractor, changed the "Pay to the order of" line and cashed it. He is in debt to me for almost $5000 and I have not received a response from him in over a month. He was a fraud, liar and a cheat. Dishonest sales tactics and poor customer service. For being a local business that boasts 30 years…read moreof service, I was shocked at how little they think of the customer. When I asked the owner about why the communication from our sales rep was so inconsistent regarding the start date for our job, he didn't deny it - but he seemed genuinely annoyed that I would question them about their process, and acted like I was wasting his time. When he discovered their operations manager didn't inform me of the project start date per their usual process, he quickly dismissed it as an anomaly. The more specific my questions were, the more visibly irritated he became, then he just walked away. He didn't seem to care about making things right, he just wanted to move on. They will tell you one thing, deny it later, and push back at you to make it seem like the customer is the problem. Proceed with caution.
