I had recently had floors done throughout the house and used another company. There was a transition area from a bedroom that had already been floored to the hallway. I was never completely happy with the transition and reached out to Siemer for help. Freddy got back to me almost immediately and set up a time to come out for an estimate. I had already purchased flooring, knowing that it was going to take multiple square feet to do what I was planning on doing. Freddy came out and took a look around. He explained to me that to do what I wanted to do would require redoing the whole bedroom, because the bedroom and hallway were installed at different times and did not completely match up. Freddy was able to fix my floor with flooring that I had left over. I was able to get a refund for the flooring I had just purchased and Freddy was in and out in about two hours the following day.
