When he returned he knocked out the job as he showed and explained to me along the way what he was doing to make sure I was ok and happy with it. They also mounted 2 Ring keypads and 2 cameras as part of the installation of a Ring alarm security system. While there, I asked them to re-texture and paint three other parts of another wall. The two handymen did all the work efficiently and carefully. They also checked with me on every step to make sure I was happy with the progress and final result. I've used Soul Brothers for many jobs now, ranging from very small to several days worth of work. These included, but not limited to: - plumbing fixtures - drywall & paint work - small electrical work and fixtures - custom wood panel accent walls that required precise cutting around windows and window curtain treatments - luxury wall paper installation - stucco repair - furniture assembly In all these jobs, I have appreciated Serhii and the Soul Brothers team's quality and professionalism. They clearly take care in their work to make sure they are catching and executing to precise details, and aren't just looking to get in and out as fast as they can. What I especially appreciated is that on the one occasion where the work result wasn't up to their usual quality (in this case, a custom drywall and paint job), Serhei and his team were committed to returning to make sure the work came out to my satisfaction. I can't stress how important this is - every contractor will run into errors no matter their skill level, but unfortunately, most resort first to attempting to gaslight the homeowner into either blaming a 3rd party, the homeowner's expectations, or claiming that a quality defect is normal or "within tolerance". Serhii's immediate and only response was to return to the job, find the remediation, and then fix it. In this case, the fix required an almost near complete redo from scratch (several days of work), but he did that without hesitation or push back. It's professionalism and pride in work like this that gave me the confidence to have multiple successful projects with Soul Brothers after that incident.
