Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Three John Pinto Lancscaping trucks happened to be driving by just at that time. All three trucks stopped and I soon had 6 men helping me to my feet. They were very concerned and wanted to call an ambulance, which I refused. They did help me into one of their trucks and gave me a ride home. You might say that anyone would have done the same. But in my eyes, they were heroic. As it ends up, my ankle was broken and I have been hobbling around in a big black boot ever since. However, not a day goes by that I don't think of their kindness, and am grateful there are people like them in this world.
