They installed many sections of a cedar with lattice fence. The sections they installed are all different heights! It looks awful and unprofessional! The hardware on the gates are not normal latches and don't open and close properly. There are big spaces between sections because they did nit measure or cut things to fit. Tbe workers were loud and carrying on in another language. They went into a closed and sealed off room on my property that they were not authorized to go in and left it open! They left mud all over my driveway and there was a hose which they should have used to clean up the huge mess they created. What is even more unbelievable is that since they supposedly finished, they disappeared. I have contacted Bill the owner by email several times and he is so rude that neither he nor anyone else bothered to respond nor come back to fix the horrible job they did or clean up their mess or close the room they entered illegally and take whatever they left there- using it as a urinal? I am truly appalled at how awful the fence looks! Update: TODAY THIS CRIMINAL TOOK $4900.00 from my credit card that he snd his secretary Vanessa kept on file without my knowledge or permission !! So they broke into a secured structure on my property snd they stole $4900.00 from me! I have reported them to law enforcement among other things. When we replied with questions about the design and next steps, we did not get a response. Several emails later and no response. I'm sorry to write this message as my first interaction with the company was great. This time could not have been more different. Super Fence previously installed all of my backyard fencing and garbage can enclosure. The proposal was timely and accurate. The actual work was performed in a timely and professional manner, and looks wonderful. This past July l asked for a proposal to run the fencing across my driveway, with a gate latch and bollard. A site visit was performed where the project was discussed in detail (including the need for a bollard to keep my dogs from pushing open the fence) and I received the proposal in about a week. The proposal failed to include the bollard, so I called and asked them to revise the proposal as discussed at the site visit. A week went by and nothing. I called and spoke to the office and they were extremely apologetic and promised Bill Super would call me back and they would send the proposal. Nothing. I called and followed up numerous times over the past five months (as recently as Wednesday 12/6), received apologies - but the revised proposal never came. I now have to start the process over again. My friends told me not to wait for a response from this company, as they are clearly not professional, but I had such a good first experience and I didn't want to have to find a new fence company to try and match my current fencing. I spend over $9000 with this company and I am shocked that my second experience has been so poor. read more
