WOW! 5+++ stars! This was the fourth company I called (and was actually referred to by one of the previous companies). Avi made a copy of my Mazda6 Key and was able to register my key to the car. I don't have a Start Button car but apparently this is a security feature that cars have to make sure people aren't just copying keys. It was so hard to find someone who was able to do this for me and Avi did it in 15 minutes?? Super great service, kept me updated with his timing and availability and made sure everything worked well 3 times before leaving! i am notorious for locking myself out. In the 7 years I've lived in this building I have locked myself out atleast 10+ times a lot of them I ended up needing to call a lock smith. my apt building has doors that auto lock, so once the door closes it's locked with no other way in (I live on 4th floor) if the office is closed , I'm basically SOL. multiple locksmiths have tried and tried to open the door and usually have to use a weird contraption that is usually quite difficult as well. it's never an easy process. anyways, I locked myself out (again) and called A&J as they are now recommended by my building and I am IN SHOCK that it took them less then 5 minutes to open the door. this has NEVER happened. I was worried about being BSed when I saw he didn't have the contraption that most have to use to open the door, but within five minutes my door was opened. Nir was prompt and very friendly. He gave me all the options with the lock that I bought from Lowes and Home Depot. I disassembled it hoping I could save a few bucks installing it myself. It was definitely more complicated than I thought and all of the pieces were strewn all over the place. These guys are amazing!!! Seriously. I locked myself out of my bedroom in the middle of the night and they got to my place before another locksmith company could even return my phone call. Super Friendly and Helpful! My daughter's car keys fell off her key ring while she was away at school. I had a court order to evict a problematic tenant. Not a guy I wanted to deal with myself. For what ever reason, the sheriff did not show up on time, and when the tenant found out that we were there to re-key the locks, he got loud and upset. I couldn't have asked for better service. My smart lock battery died and I couldn't find the key to manually open the door. Nir answered the call immediately and he was out to my house within 25 minutes. After picking the door, which he said was a very difficult lock to pick, he rekeyed the lock and a few others. I get off work, take all my stuff up stairs walk back down to my car to realize that I left my keys in my apartment and I always lock the bottom lock when I go outside. The feeling of stupidity came over me. My apartment manager apparently doesn't have a key to my apartment so I'm forced to call a locksmith.
