I had explained I was also having another problem with the lock as it was old, beside needing to have the key reset. Gili, was right on top of it. Handled it quick and efficiently. After we had a break in we decided to install locks on our gate and closet. Eddie was wonderful through the whole process including providing options with pros/cons of each. He did a great job installing the locks on redwood side gates without damaging the wood itself which we were worried about. Called on a Saturday afternoon and Eddie showed up within 30 minutes to fix the lock on my front and back doors. He was kind, respectful and worked quickly. One of the mechanisims on my door is old and soon needs to be replaced to fully resolve the issue. It's an expensive piece, and Eddie gave me the price and option before doing the work which I appreciated.
