I found mouse droppings throughout my house, in the basement and on both floors and was very creeped out, especially in the kitchen. I called Hillcrest and Mike came out the next day and did an inspection and set up traps and bait boxes. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and check everything two weeks later. Almost immediately there were no more droppings on my kitchen counters. In less than a week I saw a dead mouse in one of the basement traps. I was too squeamish to wait another week for him to come out to remove the dead mouse and replace the trap, so I called and Mike came out the next morning. He removed the mouse, checked and replenished the bait boxes and traps. I am EXTREMELY grateful that he was so responsive and did not try to make me wait another week. We had an ant infestation problem so I reached out to the company. Al responded right away (as always). They came out the next day to take care of the issue for us. We asked them to spray around the house as well, since we've been noticing spiders and house centipedes here and there. We paid using our credit card without any problems. I can attest that the gentleman who spoke about his experience with James in one of the past reviews was likely a result of an unfortunate misunderstanding - James came to service our house and he was a very friendly & pleasant Midwestern gentleman, we would work with him again any day of the week!
