Carrie put me on hold for over twenty minutes before I hung up. Carrie stated, she was a Supervisor. However, she was unaware of the pricing. The people are rip offs!

We had an ant infestation problem so I reached out to the company. Al responded right away (as always). They came out the next day to take care of the issue for us. We asked them to spray around the house as well, since we've been noticing spiders and house centipedes here and there. We paid using our credit card without any problems. I can attest that the gentleman who spoke about his experience with James in one of the past reviews was likely a result of an unfortunate misunderstanding - James came to service our house and he was a very friendly & pleasant Midwestern gentleman, we would work with him again any day of the week!

We moved into our home about 3 weeks ago and realized I was being eaten alive by something at…read morenight. Our house is 170 years old so of course we thought there was something lurking beneath the floorboards. James Hurst came out to do a bed bug inspection for us (didn't find any!! Yay!), then offered to check around for fleas and termites as well! He even found the holes in our house where mice snuck in and gave us some sticky traps. Previously to James coming out, we had been no showed by Terminix 4 times (Reason for the 4 stars). James called me at about 10am today and said he would come between 3-5 and he showed up right at 4! His customer service was top notch and he was extremely friendly. He educated me on what things might look like if we had them, even showed me pictures from his work experience. My sister called 3 times, & the last time she screamed@ them, I was ready to do so & may still. They 'used' to be a good service, but they've gone down the toilet. They also charged my Mom's credit card when she, specifically, told them she wanted to write a check. They finally sent somebody for follow-up but it was the same idiot old man. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Use them@ your own risk. This is my honest review about them!
