The service that I requested was not met . I was told I'd be getting a VIP restroom to accomadate a quinceañera event and upon arrival it was a portable restroom that one would use at a street fair . The portable alone was falling apart, smelly, non functional ,rusty . The inside smelled terrible , we had the guy that dropped it off add extra bleach bc it was that bad . Even the delivery guy felt bad for what we were promised and what he actually delivered. The sales representative Sam in the process was very unprofessional, rude and basically put the blame on me . How ? I don't know . Previous to me completing the order he had sent me a picture of what I thought I was getting which look nice however it was nothing compared to what I actually received and from what the delivery person mentioned that wasn't even their restrooms in the picture so I was being sent picture that were not even from the company . Had he mentioned the day of that he had already rented out the portable that was promised and that he only had the one he was delivering available , we could have looked for another vendor . He then made it seem like he was doing me a favor because he was sending me two" VIP restrooms" so I figured I was getting lucky and was gonna get two for the price of one since he had apparently rented out the one that I was told I was going to rent , fast forward to the night after maybe the first hour of using the restroom, it stopped working and no longer flushed. The water was just overflowing in the toilet and a family member reached out to ask if there was someone that can come fix it since we had an event going on and people were using the restrooms and the response that we got was "just don't use it put a tape over the door " so now we have a portable restroom that was technically a bonus with a blue X on the door because it was no longer able to be used . The day of event there was no communication with Sam aside from the call we made upon its arrival and although he refunded us 50% , his work ethic and professionalism was ridiculously rude. Every time I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager above him, he refused to give me any point of contact and kept mentioning that his boss was very fragile and ill, and could not assist me yet previous to that he mentioned that his boss was on a flight to travel somewhere.. there were many inconsistencies and I kept getting the runaround. Had I not reached out to him about my refund not sure I would've received it because it took him almost 2 weeks and even then I reached out to him to follow up on the refund, and I did not receive it till almost a month later and even before that was processed due to our conversations and Sam, trying to put the blame on me and basically saying, "I knew from the beginning that I should have never done business with you because of all the questions that I had " should've been a red flag for myself, now to be clear the questions that I was asking were simple questions like can I have a picture of the restroom that I am going to rent and can you please also send me a video of how the portable restroom looks and he proceeded to say he had no videos and I later find out that he is not even located in Anaheim that he works remote from Dallas, Texas, which at this point, I didn't realize he had no knowledge of what he was actually renting out to customers since he has no idea what is actually in stock or what they actually look like . After many conversations back-and-forth the only thing he acknowledge was that someone dropped the ball in the cleanliness of the restrooms which, even then what I was promised or what I wanted to rent was nowhere near close to what we received but yet I trusted him and this company and at that point I had demanded a 100% refund which he argued with me that there was no way that was gonna happen that they had never done this and that by him giving me 100% refund and even the 50% refund there was no gain for his company . So the reputation of the company was more important than the customer. Now this was my first time ever using this company and my last. I just hope going forward if they continue to do business like this that they are more mindful of what people are requesting and wanting. And then hopefully they value their customers more, no matter how many questions we have it is a service that they provide. It is a service that we pay for and it is only fair that we get what we are told. Also, I have just been made aware that for some reason the company that I kept yelping was not in fact the one I thought I was renting from and have no idea. It was not the experience I expected (I have rented from other companies previously). It arrived 2 hours late, was not inspected upon stop off (floor was soaked) and not what i call clean. It was not set sturdy with the jacks as well. I did let the company know of the issues and they let me know he would make sure it was better next time if we chose to rent again. I was looking to rent a wheelchair accessible porta potty for a house party I was having due to my bathroom not being wheelchair accessible. I called on a Thursday to have this be delivered for a party on Saturday and low and behold, he had one in stock. The drop off and pick up was extremely smooth. Both Alan (the person whom I made the contract with) and Dylan (the delivery driver), were great. I appreciated how easy and convenient the whole process was. Got some toilets for a small event for our family. They were clean and showed up just on time for our event.

We rented a 4 bathroom portalista from this company for our outdoor wedding, as it was a required vendor. I really wish I took the time to see what I was renting before the event because what we got was not as I expected or what was explained to me over the phone. Our portable bathroom showed up with trash on the floor, paper towels still wrapped in their packing and not in the dispensers, missing trash cans, and smelly. My mom took it upon herself to clean the bathrooms after she got her hair and makeup done, which she should not have had to do. I was really shocked and disappointed about it's lack of cleanliness for a formal event such as a wedding. The customer service was wonderful to work with and our rental showed up early to the event, which we really appreciated. The quality, however, was lacking. I am taking the benefit of the doubt that this is not always how their rentals show up to events. read more

I rented an A&J toilet for a month, while having construction done on my home. I found that my calls were always either answered or quickly returned. And the toilet was delivered promptly on the requested morning. I did wonder about the cleaning schedule. I was told it would be cleaned weekly, but never knew when/if they cleaned. To their credit, I never inquired about a scheduled day or any such thing. A "This Potty is sparkling clean" tape or hang tag, after each wkly cleaning, would have been awesome. Heck, while I'm being silly, how about offering an upgraded Premiere Package to include: Charmin, Reading Materials, Hand Sanitizer & Deodorizer. That's right, I'm a girl. A&J provided 2 VIP stalls for my wedding (10/5/18) for 80 guests. The communication at the beginning was great- Jim agreed to have the stalls come in at 4 pm and to pick them up at 10 pm. They charged me the day before for the 2 stalls and for same day delivery and pick up (which cost an extra fee). However, on the day of my wedding, I learned that they arrived an hour late, and they did not come back to pick up the stalls until the next day- the wedding coordinator called them at 1 am to remind them to pick it up. I wrote an email to Jim asking for a partial refund for the same-day pick up fee. He has not responded, nor responded to my phone calls or voicemail. The way that he is handling this situation is unprofessional. read more

Rented a porta-john from A&J for about a year. Through half of that time service was spotty but generally acceptable -- meaning keeping a regular cleaning schedule. Then less than a year into the rental, service basically stopped. I'd call in and get no apology but would get confirmation that they'd fix the problem. Would get better for a couple weeks and then stop again. While this may have been the fault of the field person, the complete, unapologetic reluctance on numerous occasions to take responsibility and actually clean the toilet that I was paying $100 a month for, boggled my mind. This is easy money, right? Drop the toilet off, clean it a couple times a month. Siphon dough from my Visa account. I ended it with A&J and have been using a much better company since, both in quality of portable -- that's another thing, A&J's toilet looked like it had lived a rough life -- and the quality of cleaning and customer service. read more

We threw a costume party the night before Holloween. And to cut back on cleaning time we ordered a porta potty. Using Yelp as our guide this place was the first and only place that came up. Yes I'll agree there site is easy to order a porta pottie. So now the question is: Are they profesional enough to complete their order. I think not!! IT NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Called their so called emergency number and left a mesage 3 hours after the appointed time of arrival. A hour later after our party had started mind you, they returned my call saying it will show up in a hour. Did it, you ask? HELL NO!! Six hours after the party was over and the inside of my house is a disaster from people running in and out trying to use the bathroom, still no porta potty. After numerous trips with plunger in hand my bathroom now reaks like a public restroom. To this day we are still finding things missing from disrespectful people waiting in line to go to the restroom in the party. So would I recommend this to anybody for service.
