$150 later, A&J ruined one of my suit jackets. After taking 2 in, one was returned fine and the other was altered way too small. The sleeves were tight and several inches too short. When I brought it back in to ask them to fix it they: (1) told me it wasn't possible (2) told me if it WAS possible, it would cost more money, and (3) had the audacity to ask me if I had gained weight since they altered the SLEEVES. I can't imagine in what universe weight gain would make sleeves ridiculously short... anyways avoid this place if you care about your suits. They were extremely careful to make sure they checked and double checked everything so that it would be perfect. And it was- they even managed to keep the original cuff on the sleeves. Not only that, but I told them I didn't need the dress for a week, then found out the next day that I would need it the following day for our family portraits! I gave A&J a call, not expecting much, but they were able to go above and beyond my expectations and have the dress done the next day. Magnificent! I could not be more grateful for this company, enabling me to look good in my best friend's wedding. They spent so much time fixing my bridesmaid dress and did an excellent job at low cost and in a timely manner. The dress was ordered through an Etsy shop that was supposed to be custom made. Despite accurate measurements, the shop sent me a poorly made, much too large, low quality dress. A&J needed to continually (I probably tried it on and off for them after small changes were made 7 times- many of them while I was in the store, so I didn't have to return more than 3-4 times) work on this dress, and only charged me the $75 that they originally quoted me. Even when the dress fit well, but there was a small bulge caused by the zipper and I told them that I would take it like that and just hide that part under my arm in the photos, they insisted on taking it back until they made the material lay smoothly.
