He was very straightforward with his estimates and made sure we understood. He ended up having to dig up the lawn in a few places to look for the water line as well as look for the tanks. In the end he emptied the tanks, installed risers (which I highly recommend), covered everything up and left the lawn looking like almost nothing ever happened. Him and his helper did an amazing job. What happened next was even more concerning. The owner quoted us $6,500, but later one of the employees privately quoted us $8,500 for the same project. At that point, we had no idea what the actual price was supposed to be. The lack of consistency and transparency was alarming and made us question what was really going on. Despite accepting the owner's $6,500 quote and repeatedly asking them to begin the work, they continuously delayed the project with excuse after excuse. Days turned into weeks. We remained patient and cooperative, but our patience was rewarded with poor communication and constant delays. The final straw happened today. We called in the morning and received confirmation that they would arrive at 6:00 PM. We rearranged our schedule and waited. Then we waited some more. After an hour and a half, nobody showed up. No phone call. No text message. No explanation. Our calls were ignored, and our messages went unanswered. This company has now delayed our project for over two weeks and caused significant inconvenience. The issue is not just the pricing--it is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect for customers' time. If a company cannot honor its commitments, communicate honestly, or even show up after confirming an appointment, it should not be treating customers this way. Please be extremely careful before hiring this company. Based on our experience, the service was disorganized, unreliable, and incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

I was under the impression is was an all day job, how the heck do you charge $4,500 (after negotiating) for a total of 2 1/2 hours of work? They already knew they "WERE GOING TO HAVE TO FIX" something before they started, because as soon as they dug up the hole the big truck showed up to "pump" empty the tanks so they can make the repairs. I was selling my house and had a different company come and inspect my septic system. They said it…read morewasn't draining properly and I would need to replace the leach lines which would cost $7,000 - $17,000 and they would send a contractor out right away. This process needed permits and with permit that means time I didn't have when selling my house. I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I called Certified Septic Service. I didn't tell them I had a previous company come out. Certified Septic came out and found the drainage issue. They brought a camera and locator to stick down into the leach lines and examine what was happening. They found that all that was need was to hydro-jet the system and replace about a 3 foot section of the inlet pipe. This process took about 30 minutes and cost way less than replacing the whole leach fields. They would have had to rip up my whole driveway to replace the leach fields. I'm so glad I called and got a second opinion. I was certified within a week. Thank you for being an honest and reputable company.
