I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

"Bob's Glass" was the answer every time! I gave home a call, left a message, which got me a call back within an hour or two. I told him my situation and he quickly said $200 FLAT! Of course I jumped on it, he said it would be ready to go in fri. On thur. he called back telling me the glass came in with a scratch and that because he doesn't sell damaged good the new one will be in first of the week. I was a little discouraged, but boy was I not disappointed. He came by 9 am and had it done within an hour!! One hour later ( for the seal to dry ) I was on my way. The rear view mirror which was ify before was perfect afterwards. While he did the install we talked and I found out he's been doing this for 46 years! He came to my work while I was working and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. He was extremely friendly and quick and efficient. You can't even tell that I had to have my windshield replaced at all. He was also the most reasonably priced out of the different places I called. I highly recommend and will be using him in the future if I ever have any other glass needs.
