My husband enjoyed a relaxing foot massage while I had a pedicure, a nail repair, and some beautiful nail art done. I had lost one of my nails before our appointment, and the technician did an incredible job replacing it--it blended perfectly with the rest of my nails. Since they couldn't exactly match my existing color, they suggested adding nail art, and I'm so happy they did! The design was gorgeous and turned what could have been a problem into something even more special. I had a mani/pedi requesting specific colors and they delivered exactly what I wanted. The second time I had my eyebrows waxed, and Cindy did a beautiful job styling them! This is my 3rd time here. I live in Kansas City but vacation here frequently. First of all there are not many nail salons on the island. Secondly the last time I ended up here (with two friends) we tried to go to two other places up north first and even though they were supposed to be open they were closed. So we ended up at Diva. My mom and I got my nails done here and it was not great. For a pedicure and dip manicure it took almost 3 hours with about 2 of those hours being the pedicure. My dip nails started chipping after about 3 days and just over a week later are significantly chipped - I think due to it being a quick job and not having any base layer of dip. One of the nails turned out so thick that I had to have it fixed after i paid. My moms acrylics broke after only 2 days and she had them have to fixed at another salon after we drove to Orlando. I truly never use Yelp but the reviews were mixed so I decided to chance it and wanted to give someone else the warning before they got their nails done here out of convenience. read more

Low quality nail care. The ladies were nice but that can't make up for the poor quality of the service. The woman who did my manicure could not see very well and that was obvious in my manicure. I frequently had to tell her she had missed spots, that there we pieces of cotton on my nails, that the lines were messy and she stabbed my fingers more than once while not cutting my cuticles very well at all. My pedicure was also disappointing one of my toe nails was cut crooked and the lines were also messy. I came here because it was so close to my hotel but wish I had walked the extra block to the place with better reviews. This was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. read more

Hubby and I needed pedicures today and we went looking for a place in clearwater. He gives it a solid 3 and had a good experience, but when you aren't getting your nails painted...it's not exactly the same scale! I'm more of a 2.5 at best, it was a basic job and the nail painting did not seem like the job of someone who has probably painted tens of thousands of toenails! There are a lot of nail salons so I feel confident we will try others before we would consider coming back here. The staff was nice but nothing extra and the language barrier existed with little attempt to even make any conversation. The price was very competitive, I would have objected way more if my pedicure was more than $25. Now we'll see how long it lasts. read more

I was not impressed with my nails. Shape is not what I asked for and they are crooked terribly. I would not recommend, very unhappy.

Thay were " kind" to me and my friend but in a mater of 1 hour my GELL nails came off ?! And when i went up to pay i set a 20 on the counter to git a smaller bill and the Lady grabbed the 20 and said mine. Like no sweetie thats mine thx. I don't recommend this place at all. It was a Sunday and I had an appointment when they opened but two ladies showed up to open the doors 10 minutes late. It went downhill from there. They had numerous walk-ins and had NO idea how to handle them, meanwhile I had delay after delay after delay to get a simple manicure and pedicure. It took over TWO HOURS to have a pedicure and gel manicure. I was told "sorry...we only have 3 people on Sundays and it's busy." Paid my bill and left never to return. The quality of the work was not great and after 3 days, my manicure is already peeling. Do yourself a favor and walk down the street another couple of blocks and go to a different salon. read more

Although the ladies were very nice and took their time with the pedicure and manicure, the nail polish must have been old because it never dried properly. I wore closed toe shoes the next day and the polish got messed up. The place isn't very clean - an offering of fresh fruit was sitting on the floor (a religious thing I believe) but I don't want fruit flies around my face during a manicure. By far one of the best mani/pedi's I ever experienced and the only place where I was witness to the sanitation of the equipment. The hot towel is standard with even the basic pedicure. The ladies were friendly, and even though at times they were difficult to understand they were happy to engage in conversation which is not the norm up our way in PA. A + read more
