All the estimates we got said they could match the brick no problem. Michael said later he couldn't get the orange brick and would we mind if the repair was done with just yellow brick. It was a small patch so we agreed. Then when we saw the work he used a different non-matching brick. It's a completely different type of brick and the color doesn't match. He claimed he never said he would use the same brick. That we had misunderstood him. Or he had misunderstood us. who would agree to have brick work done with none matching brick? He said he couldn't get our brick. I went inside and within 5 minutes had found our brick about 4 miles away and in stock. He kept boasting about having a degree in brick work from denmark.
