This was a follow up on a recently installed HVAC units. The tech who originally installed AC pulled plaster off the wall replacing the electrical box and open hole in wall. I had the company do the annual service a few times on other units and had no issues, the technicians are always good. That was until I had issues with a mini split that they installed. In 3 years, I've had 4 water pumps needing to be replaced, 5 service calls, leaking, and the same issues multiple times a year. Over the phone they began lying about warranty and adding extra charges, then when you would you would call them out on their lie or ask if this is normal they would deflect and say that's not their department. They say they will look into something or have a supervisor call but yet they never do. They sell products to make quick money and don't honor warranty or their work. Save your headache, go somewhere else, anywhere else. read more
