I took my cavapoo here this past week . Jay was so attentive to answering all of my questions ahead of time via yelp . I knew he was going to be a great fit for my dog . Upon arrival he had classical music playing which was so calming for my dog when she arrived . Jay took his time and kept the character of my dogs hairstyle . Although she had a few mats he worked through them didn't rush and just shave her . Her full appointment was 3 hours long . Jay doesn't believe in rushing a grooming session . When I picked up my girl she wasn't scared , shaking or anything like my previous grooming experiences at other groomers . I truly believe Jay has a special gift and connection with dogs . From the moment I arrived with my three dogs, I was greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. After speaking with Jay, I immediately felt a sense of reassurance that they would be in good hands. What truly sets them apart is the level of care and attention they give to each dog. They take the time to check for anything that might be of concern, which I deeply appreciated. Jay pointed out that my small black dog, Bella, had a wart in her mouth that I had never noticed and recommended I have it checked by a vet. It's something I would have completely missed if it wasn't for him and his team. When I came back to pick them up, I was blown away. My dogs were not only fresh and beautifully groomed, but more importantly they were happy, relaxed, and not afraid at all. They genuinely loved him. Jay even took the time to point out that Ace was very sensitive with his front paws, likely from past negative experiences. He showed me how he patiently and gently worked through it, helping Ace feel safe again, and to my surprise, Ace actually allowed it. That alone meant everything to me. Loved how clean this place was. I have two dogs that require monthly maintenance as they model for different companies and always need to be camera ready. I had a very specific request on their hair cuts and they did a fabulous job! My smallest pup is very anxious and takes time for him to warm up to groomers. They were very sweet and took their time with him. When I picked him up, he was all smiles and wanting to roam around Luna, my Cavapoo is typically my wiggle monster. They informed me that she did really good and almost fell asleep during her hair cut lol . I believe them because she got real comfy on their couch and wanted to go back to their play area!
