However, after a month of going back and forth, he eventually told me, "I'm sorry, we can't replace your sunglasses." I asked to speak with the owner. The manager told me to come back the next day. I did -- again, after a month of follow-up -- only to find that the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to care about the situation at all. After years of trust and loyalty, I didn't expect this kind of treatment. All I wanted was for someone to take responsibility and handle the matter with honesty and respect. No big deal until we were vacuuming our vehicles. Immediately noticed the damage and calmly pointed the damage out to an employee. He even commented looks fresh, I get a msnager. After still calm and very polite found another employee and finally an employee showed up took a report on an ipad and took pictures. He stated his manager would review the cameras and reach out to my son. Not only have they not reached out but would not return his calls. Thankful, it wasn't an expensive repair, but was very inconvenient to repair during a holiday weekend before during back to Knoxville, Tn. Very poor customer service and we will cancel our monthly memberships on our personal and company trucks. I prefer to spend my money with a car wash company who cares about their customers.
