My SUV looked even BETTER IRL than in the photos. A year ago I paid the same price for what I thought was the same service with someone else but the results were nowhere near as perfect as Justin's. What a PROFESSIONAL! I wish I could leave TEN stars... but I suppose five will have to do. He is an absolute detailing ROCKSTAR!

Shows up to perform the service and immediately begin to question whether he can work on it today because of the heat. I politely explained that I had cleared my schedule today to be available for this appointment and it would be difficult to reschedule in the near future. He agreed that he would go ahead and get it done today as planned, then within 30 minutes claimed his generator was malfunctioning. Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

Paying one monthly fee and being able to wash my car as often as I want is definitely a great value. I also like that you can vacuum your vehicle after. This mister doesn't have the blower to blow out the dirt etc. But it still works. My biggest issue is the inconsistency in service. Sometimes the employees take the time to spray down the front of the car before it goes through the wash, and other times they don't. When that step is skipped, I often drive away with bug stains and dirt still stuck to the front of my car. I still think the membership is worth it because I can simply go through the wash again. However, I sometimes have to run my car through two or even three times just to get it clean, and that really shouldn't be necessary. A little more consistency from the staff would make a big difference.

Went through again, and amazingly, they took an extra 30 seconds to wipe down the front grill and bumper and then the bugs were gone after the second run through. Why not do that in the first place?
