I couldn't replace the tire because the rim was too badly bent. I was told to come here instead of trying to buy a new rim. My overall experience was excellent. I called to see if they took appointments but you don't need one, they take walk-ins. It was already a stressful morning, but the woman at the front desk was so kind that she put me at ease. The gentleman was also very nice and presented me with two repair options. They had the rim looking like new by the next morning. I hope I never need rim repair again, but if I do, I would 100% come back because of their customer service and efficiency.

The team carefully examined each wheel, explaining in detail what they were looking for and how they planned to fix the problem. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Cost us $190 and $120 for the rims to get fixed. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing the rims, but they also made us feel comfortable by clearly communicating every step, which we really appreciated. Bonus: they speak Spanish also. Suddenly, the air started coming out of one…read moreof the tires after four months of use they told me I might need a new rim or to have a repaired because they could not find the problem with the tire, but they said because I rode on it while it was flat two houses down the road to fill it up that I had damaged the side walls and the tire needed to be replaced. My mechanic recommended calling the rim doctor. Jose met me took the tire in very nice man and Mark was extremely nice as well. They checked the tire for leaks as Sam's club put it back on the rim and in the back of my van for me... So they checked the rim and they said we find no leaks no problem and I said well why did I lose pressure and then after filling it the next day the tire was completely flat? He said well if you want we can take the tire off and see if there's something wrong inside the rim and I said yes please. They took it off and showed me that there was no damage to the rim where the seal is made that it was in perfect condition, they cleaned off some of the excess old sealant. And then also said I don't know why they said the side walls are damaged on this this tire looks brand new and showed me the tire and explained everything to me. This means a lot because I'm a woman and many of these men that work in the Auto Repair treat me like I'm an idiot like I know nothing which is not true. I really appreciated the respect and time that Mark and Jose showed me and how they took me and showed me firsthand the tire and the rim and even recommended going to a different shop to have them do a dunk test on the tire which I did. I highly recommend this shop! It's rare to find such integrity and kindness these days.

I showed up, they looked at the tire, and told me they would do their best to fix it. They were fast, professional, and affordable. I picked up the tire and couldn't even tell that it had been damaged. The cost to fix it was exactly what they had quoted me the day I dropped it off. Great experience and would recommend them using them.
