The closest tire shop was Discount Tire, so I stopped in hoping they could help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, but Jacob still went above and beyond. He had my spare tire installed so I could safely get back on the road and even told me to call if I needed anything else. Jacob was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. That level of customer service really made my day. I don't know what the cost of a replacement tire would have been at Discount Tire, but if they had the tire I needed, I absolutely would have purchased it from them. The store is clean and well kept and there is plenty of seating if you have to wait for your vehicle. Great hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you, Jacob!

After calling my wife I was ready to leave, but the manager stepped in asking if he could do something. Asked me my budget and what I was looking for. Him and his assistant gave me new pricing based on my budget. The tire they offered was called Arizonan, a tire made by Cooper Tires. I later read this is a tire made for Discount Tire. This explains why they were able to give me special pricing...they control the pricing on their tires. If this budget friendly tire is good and I get all 65,000 miles my car odometer will be over 250,000 miles. I am giving 4 stars because the local Discount Tire was very friendly and showed a willingness to help. Their speed of service was amazing. From the time I arrived to the time I drove off with new tires was a little over an hour. Tires are way too high right now. It just seemed to easy to drop the price and give me a budget friendly tire. I doubt they could have done that with a bigger national brand. The only tire they could make budget friendly was their own. Hope it is a good tire. Hope it is a safe tire!!!!!

While on the highway, I got a flat front passenger tire. I had already booked my Genesis to go to…read morethe Hyundai dealer for a wheel alignment, but then the tire thing happened. I went to another shop and purchased a tire because I didn't trust driving to Orlando on the spare. That also was a mistake. I blame myself mostly, because my car has never been to any other shop than the dealer and most of these places have no clue how to care for luxury cars. I paid for a wheel alignment, balance and oil change. When they were done, my car was driving like crap. It was not driving as smooth as it usually does. I brought the car back to them, I don't know what they did but they took it out for a drive 3x. When they came back they said it was fine. It was not fine. It was driving rough, and even shaking when it got to a certain speed. I drive out and came right back and asked again for the supervisor. The "probable" issues were: 1. Maybe your barely driven car has a transmission issue that's why it's shaking. 2. Something is wrong with your 2 brand new tires that's why they are riding so rough. I won't say what the real issue was which was partially their fault when I finally brought it to the dealer, but needless to say they will never touch my car again. I had to get another wheel alignment and balance. I considered bringing the report from the dealer to them, but I was so disgusted I knew I would get into an argument with the supervisor so I decided to just take the loss and never go back there and I probably won't recommend anyone to go there either. If you don't know how to service a certain car, you should tell the customer.
