After reading the reviews I called Shepherds and they said to come right in. They found a razor blade stuck in the tread but the cause of the leak was a damaged needle in the tire stem. They replaced the needle and did not charge me for their work. I just wanted to thank them publicly for their curteous and friendly service. Now about 15 months later, they have lost nearly 40% of the finish. I'm told by 2 other experts that this shouldn't ever happen. Powder coating should be much tougher than paint. I would understand if there was a chip or similar but this is actual flaking off of the powder coating. Sadly, I will have to get the wheels powder coated again but somewhere else.
