I told him I had not been there before and asked what to do. He said people normally park out on the street and they bring them a bin. I rattled off what I had in my trailer, with about 2k lbs of steel and iron in it, and he said he wasn't sure what you take and would ask someone. I told him I checked the website and verified, but ok. Another guy came walking out a min or so later and said, "move your car", I told him I was waiting for someone to check my load and gestured to the fact that I was currently blocked in. He told me another customer needed to leave (who could easily pull out without me moving) and in a very hard, almost yell told me "your going to move right now". I told him I was going to leave, never come back, and leave bad reviews and he just walked off, not caring at all. Meanwhile the 1st guy stood there dumbfounded. I got some help from another patron to squeeze back out and went to another place down the road. I was told by others not to go here because the people suck, I thought I would find out for myself... they were right.

This recycling bin location is in the SW corner of…read morethe Uptown mall (where the cinema used to be and where the U-Haul trucks are parked). **Now the map location Yelp posts here is totally wrong, I re-editted the business info, so hopefully it'll get corrected.** There's quite a bit of traffic here, in that half the time I find other recyclers here when I pull up. Because of this, it can be a crapshoot sometimes with the paper and cardboard/plactic bottle bins--in other words, be aware that these can be totally packed to the gills sometime. When that's the case I venture to the location on Lee or over near the 7-Eleven on GW Way. Save the Earth: recycle!

So the old guy gets snippy when ya move crap around, great you probably would too if your building was brimming with old stuff . It's happened to me actually but I still go back and here's why - It doesn't matter what project I'm doing or what off the wall thing I need, from a lamp with a clamp , to a piece of stove pipe , to and old fishing net I can use to throw my disc golf discs into all the way to a used desk or even an odd sized metric wrench the list goes on! Most of the time 9 outta ten I have been able to find something useful there AND , his pricing is very fair!! Just make sure whatever you buy works before ya go home , he lets me plug stuff in and test it. It's a good ol junk shop and I've traveled the country " picking" so I believe I'm qualified to judge. Some days are better than others it's great , there's always new stuff flowing thru there ebb and flow such is life.
