I hung up the phone and, called Nathan Anderson at Honda of lincoln and told him my situation. He told me that Omaha people tend to play around with customer. Later I got a text from Omaha saying they can't do the price that I want. So they were planning on making me drive up to Omaha and told me they can't do it. I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. Nathan is the person to go. He took care of me and got the car I want and the color. I highly appreciate the help!

The staff is flippant about inquiries, and have no real interest in helping customers, even if you are a loyal Honda buyer. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to be treated well and valued as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

After we decided to purchase the car, the entire process was only 10 minutes...not 2 hours like other places! They don't barter on price which was a surprise...but after researching, found their pricing to be more competitive than other dealerships by a few thousand. He also offered me EXACTLY what I was hoping for in my trade. Have already referred this dealership to my parents who may be in the market for a purchase soon. I can't say enough good things about bigler motors. Highly recommend!!!!

Do I ever have a story BIGLER MOTOR…read more.......... So I got a new car on May 24th from Bigler Motors in Lincoln.. two weeks after the purchase the muffler fell off of this 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited in which I was forced to pay for because they said I had to have hit something so while they're robbing me they loan me a car that got scratched on the bumper and when I return this car to get my new car the general manager mr. Prickell held me hostage refusing to giving me my vehicle refusing to work out payment plans demanding upfront $350 payment from a quote that a girl washing the car made just moments before and when I didn't have the $350 he says but you have to have somebody with the credit card that can pay that for you and then forced me to sit and wait while he stood guard to type out some bogus agreement and force me to sign it before he would give me my car back even went to the lengths of Standing Outside the bathroom door while I went to the bathroom to cried!! never been treated so poorly in my life all by Bigler Motors general manager Brough pickrell so after my Escape I said a few Choice words on my exit as the GM chased me out of the building!! So I went on with my life with my new car now let's jump forward there's a loud humming noise and it started to shake at about 65 miles an hour so I take it to the dealership and one in Omaha I'm not in Lincoln not the pricks where they tell me I have bad tires one that has a gash in the side bulging broken belt and that I need to buy tires immediately because it is very dangerous situation so I do and here I am 2 days later and get my tires changed and look at this picture these jerks turn the tires so the bald bald bald was on the inside so nobody could see it without lifting the car and taking the tire off so for 2 months now alsp the airbag sensor was broken the struts also the qupte i got from a real dealership was 1500 I have been driving my children around in this death trap and these tires are like slicks. I texted the general manager mr. Prick and the salesman the picture of those tires you think I got a response any concern and I'm sorry you think I got any acknowledgment whatsoever from Bigler Motors who sold me this brand new car just two months ago absolutely did not!!! not a single response from any of them so if you're ever out there in lincoln and feel the need to take a shit feel free to drop trou and take a shit on top of one of the new cars to warn others they only sell shit! NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM BIGLER MOTORS.. THEY DON'T LIKE WOMEN TREAT US LESS THEN! JUST 2 DAYS AFTER THE HOSTAGE SITUATION my husband TALKED TO THE SAME guy prickell AND HE WAS A NICE POLITE MAN WORKED OUT A DEAL AND ALLOWED PAYMENTS AFTER DROPPING THE PRICE OF REPAIR FRON 350 TO 125.. but what about the part where I'm out where I'm paying for repairs on a 2012 300 newly purchased and bigler approved

I was sent a video of the car and what needed to be done. I also received a detailed explanation of the costs. I received an email about this, along with the notice that Subaru did not have the parts to fix it at that time. I've since gotten notice that parts are in, and to schedule a time to get it fixed. That done, after 45 minutes waiting, the rep came out and told me that the part they had for my car had instead been installed on a new car in the lot. (I was told when I made the appointment that it was the last part they had, and they would save it for my vehicle). I was shocked to hear this, as this is a serious safety issue. I am not to fill the gas tank over half full, and Subaru instructed owners to park away from our house if the outdoor temperature rises quickly!! I chose a Subaru over several other vehicles, and now am seriously questioning their commitment to their customers. It seems that customer service should honor an appointment made to fix this, especially verses putting the part scheduled for my car onto a vehicle on the lot. I am currently waiting for them to get more parts in and I guess I'll try again. I am, so far, not impressed!!

My vehicle at the time was getting old and I still owed money. I was overwhelmed and loosing hope. I went to Moxie for help thinking "no way can they help me". As soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted with smiles and kind hello's. I even got to meet the owner Tim Bunn! I felt comfortable right away. I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed. I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem! I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast. Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.
